Deeds, Meralco, Water Services and any and all government agencies

5. To process the title transfer to any and all government agencies that

6. To sign, execute and deliver any and all documents which may be
required or necessary in connection therewith on our behalf;

7. To pay the necessary fees on any and all government agencies in

relation to the property

8. To do such other acts and things which may be required or necessary

in the accomplishments of the afore-said powers and duties;
