SAP SD is related to the selling & distribution of products and services of a business. It
manages whole O2C (Order 2 Cash ) process cycle like, Pre sales activities , Order
Processing, Shipping and billing.

 Create a Sales Order

Sales Order an agreement between a seller and a customer concerning the sale
and delivery of goods as well as any services that are associated with processes
,on a specific date, quantity and price.
Sales Order consists of various details, like customer, delivery, material,
quantity, pricing , T&C etc.

Transaction Code:-
VA01- Sale Order create
VA02- Sale Order change
VA03- Sale Order display

To create a Sale Order by T. code , enter the “VA01” in show OK code field and
press enter. Fill the below details into sales documents screen and press enter.

 Here enter the important details like Sold to party, ship to party, cust. ref.,
delv. date, material, qty.

 After entering all the required details , click on save button , after that
Sales order will generated.

 Creating Delivery Document by T. code “ VA02”.Enter the VA02 on OK code
field and press enter, then we will get automatically sales order number or we
can also enter manual.

 Here select the material row and click on sales document menu , then select the
“delivery” option. It will automatically take to outbound delivery creation screen.

 Click on save button and we will get delivery document number

 In Delivery, we have to perform 3 operations:-
1. Picking
2. Packing
3. Post Goods Issue (PGI)
All the above 3 operations ,we can use same T. code “VL02N”.

It’s good practice that before the perform PGI(Post Goods Issue ) we can
check stock quantity.

To check the stock overview , we can use “MMBE” T. code.

 Now to perform the Picking and PGI, enter the “VLO2N” T. code. Outbound
Delivery no. will come automatically or you can also enter it manually.

 Click on Picking tab and enter the picked qty.

Create billing document by using “VF01” t.code . After performed PGI, we need
to create billing , for that we have to enter VF01 in OK field and press enter.
System will automatically proposes delivery document number and press enter.

DOCUMENT FLOW OF END TO END ORDER TO CASH CYCLE

Enter the “VA03” t. code and click on document flow icon , then document flow
screen will be popup.
