TERM & CONDITIONS

1. The MIDDLE PERSON must be certified by both parties (OWNER & BUYER@LESSEE)

2. The MIDDLE PERSON above will represent all other involved individuals as a conveyer of information and

as a MEDIATOR in negotiations between OWNER & BUYER@LESSEE

3. The MIDDLE PERSON cannot be set aside or left out in the management of this sale, purchase & lease

4. The MIDDLE PERSON cannot be blamed or subjected to any legal action if the information received and

communicated is inaccurate and incorrect

5. The MIDDLE PERSON entitled to claim any COMPENSATION according to the cost value deemed

necessary when it is found that the information obtained from any party is inaccurate and incorrect

6. The MIDDLE PERSON will act as a trustee, which is the LETTER OF UNDERTAKING (LoU) that

obtained whether from the OWNER or the BUYER@LESSEE

7. Both parties agree to follow and comply with the SALE PURCHASE & LEASE MANAGEMENT SOP

that been set by the MIDDLE PERSON

8. By signing this LETTER OF CONSENT, all terms and conditions have been fully understood and complied

with
