Present in the project each element, from the ones below, from the ones that can be
found on the website of the chosen stores.

• The site has been operational for at least 6 months

• The name of the company that owns the store and other identification data of
the company that operates the store (CIF, share capital, etc.) are displayed.

• The share capital is displayed

• There is a postal address of the registered office and / or of the work points

• Is there a contact phone / email (or contact form)

• The working hours are displayed (the time interval in which you can call the
store)

• It is a link to consumer protection in the country of origin (for B2C stores)

• There is a single information page with all company identification data

• The main characteristics of the products appear

• The final price of the displayed product

• Is the contractual information displayed?

• Existence of a contract between the store and the buyer (“Terms and
conditions” to be ticked before ordering, without ex officio ticking)

• Functional control flow; e-mail or order confirmation screen

• The payment methods accepted by the store are displayed

• Mention the online payment processor, with a link to its website

• Delivery methods - mail, own or external couriers, etc. - and delivery times

• Indicate if the store sells abroad

• Statement that the store owns copyright or use of the content - text and
images

• E-mail address to which anyone can report any copyright infringement
