The introduction of this research proposal aims to provide a background and rationale for the proposed study. It starts by
stating the prevalence of gender discrimination in the workplace, which has been a persistent issue despite efforts made to
address it. The introduction then explains the importance of understanding the impact of gender discrimination on workplace
employees, who are the primary victims of such discrimination.

The objectives of this research proposal are to:

1. Identify the various types of gender discrimination that exist in the workplace.
2. Determine the demographic characteristics of employees who experience discrimination.
3. Analyze the impact of gender discrimination on employees' job satisfaction, productivity, and career growth.
4. Provide insight into the extent of gender discrimination in the workplace and make recommendations for promoting gender
equality and inclusivity at work.

These objectives are important because they will provide a comprehensive and empirical understanding of the impact of
gender discrimination on employees' wellbeing and careers. The research will also guide employers in implementing policies
and practices that promote gender equality and inclusivity at work, thereby creating a more positive and productive work
environment.
Abstract

This research proposal aims to analyze the effects of gender discrimination on workplace employees. The objective of this study
is to identify the various types of gender discrimination that exist in the workplace, the demographic characteristics of
employees who experience discrimination, and the impact of discrimination on their job satisfaction, productivity, and career
growth. The research will be conducted through a survey distributed to a sample of employees working in various organizations.
Results obtained from this study will provide insight into the extent of gender discrimination in the workplace and guide
employers in developing strategies to promote gender equality and inclusivity at work.
Hypothesis

The hypothesis of this research proposal is that gender discrimination in the workplace negatively affects employees'
job satisfaction, productivity, and career growth. More specifically, the following hypotheses are proposed:

1. There is a significant relationship between the type of gender discrimination experienced by employees and their
job satisfaction.
2. Employees who experience gender discrimination are less productive than those who do not.
3. Employees who experience gender discrimination are less likely to be promoted or receive career advancement
opportunities.
4. Demographic characteristics such as gender, age, ethnicity, and education level may influence the extent to which
employees experience gender discrimination in the workplace.

These hypotheses are based on previous research and literature that have established a link between discrimination
and negative workplace outcomes. The proposed study aims to provide empirical evidence to support these
hypotheses and deepen our understanding of the impact of gender discrimination on employees.

the findings and draw conclusions based on the analysis & develop recommendations
Procedure
