Committee (SITC) under AMRUT, West Bengal vide Memo No: 278(13)/MA/AMRUT/E-6/2075 (ft.II) Dated
02/08/2017 has been accepted by the undersigned on behalf of the board of councilors of Krishnanagar
Municipality.

You are hereby requested to take up the work immediately in consultation with the Executive
Engineer, Nadia Division, ME Dte., 15, D. L. Roy Road, lkishnanagar, Nadia. The date of
commencement shall be reckoned with effect from 10/08/201,7 and the time of completion of the
whole work allotted to you shall be 450 (Four Hundred and Fifty) calendar days from the date of issue
of Work Order.

You are requested to submit a work programme matching with the stipulated period of completion to
the undersigned with a copy to the Executive Engineer, Nadia Division, ME Dte. for approval prior to start the
work.

You are also requested to execute the formal agreement paperc @ ( 1O0OO.OO each in three copies
within 7 (Seven) days from the date of issue of this letter and falling which your tender will be summarily
rejected. You are also requested to submit thebalance earnest money amounting to { 31,4O,000.00 (Thirty One
Lac Eorty Tlrousand) only by online internet bank transfer or NEFT or RTGS (as per GO No. 3975-F(Y) dt.
