Stay away from negative people, they have a problem for every

solution
Nowadays people quite often can influence us and our
decisions. This thing isn’t all the time harmful, but once in
a while persons around you may dominate calculatly your
next move, furthermore, knowing the consequences and
your emotional damage from the beginning.
I strongly believe in concept that is supposed on choosing
right and mindful people in your own life. It doesn’t matter
the environment where you activate, school, university,
work or family, because the decision of highlighting certain
types of people and then bringing them up in your life,
belongs only to you. Correspondingly to your choices, you
must be awake of people’s intentions and careful of what
they sometimes suggest. Due it, you without worries will
overcome terrible or awkward situations, where they
hardly try to put you in.
An eloquent example for the ideas that I mentioned
earlier in the book ,, How to protect yourself from being
manipulated and exploited in business and in life’’ by
Thomas Erikson. Through his work, the writer shows
readers how to identify and avoid psychopaths and negative
people around them. Vivid example stories illustrate ways
that psychopaths can take advantage of various behaviour
types, helping readers identify their own weaknesses and be
proactive about protective themselves. In addition Erikson
outlines some of the most common forms of manipulation
used by these bad people in work, friendships and
relationships.
In this order of ideas, I can put forward the concept
mentioned by The Wizard Lize on her own YouTube
channel. She spoke about negative people and their
behaviour, the reasons why they show themselves as a
mean, toxic and rude persons more deeply and profoundly.
So then, she proved the fact that we simply must not
exchange energy with these certain people, because if we
are more open-minded and light persons, after the
conversation with them we’ll bring to our soul and mind
part of them and their bad energy. As a result, they will
become satisfied, they have fed with our positive and
optimistic energy.
Additionally, I would like to remark Israelmore Ayivor’s
quote about bad people and their intentions: “7 things
negative people will do to you. They will...
1. Demean your value;2. Destroy your image 3. Drive you
crazily! 4. Dispose your dreams! 5. Discredit your
imagination! 6. Deframe your abilities; 7. Disbelieve your
opinions!’’. It is really relevant for thoughts which I
mentioned earlier, because all of us must realize what
category of people we have to accept in our lives, and what
don’t deserve it.
Well, if I take everything into account, I can strongly
confirme that Quite simply, no matter how positive of a
person you are, negative people can affect your life, unless
you take the right precautions. And if you are prudent, you
easily will understand what king of people wish you all the
best and who try to stop you from achieving success.
Time is what we need most, but what we use worst.
Indeed, everyone claims the truth that time is one of the
most significant and valorous value in the life, but even
supposing this, people waste it. Then, they start to complain
about what happened, or even something that didn’t
happen, because they have lost their chance to achieve
something more beneficial.
I am absolutely convinced in the concept that suppose the
most basic reality: We all have 24 hours in a day, but we
can use this limited resource in different ways. What you do
with your time is what determines how successful your day,
and eventually your life, will turn out. However, poor time
management can bring to your life innumerable issues,
starting with your physical state, ending with mental
condition. Above all, I consider that the choice of choosing
what to do in distinctive period of time, belongs only to you.
For instance, in the book ,,Getting Things Done’’, veteran
coach and management consultant David Allen shares the
breakthrough methods for stress-free performance that he
has introduced the idea of planning you life more equitably
and wisely. Allen's premise is simple: our productivity is
directly proportional to our ability to relax. Only when our
minds are clear and our thoughts are organized can we
achieve effective productivity and unleash our creative
potential. In Getting Things Done Allen shows how to:

1. Apply the "do it, delegate it, defer it, drop it" rule to get
your in-box to empty
2. Reassess goals and stay focused in changing situations
3.Plan projects as well as get them unstuck
4.Overcome feelings of confusion, anxiety, and being
overwhelmed
5.Feel fine about what you're not doing. After reading this
book, I realized in which way I can accomplish my goals,
without getting bored, anxious, tired and confused.
In addition, recently I have watched one podcast about
the Philosophy of time management where spoke Brad
Aeon. After watching that video, I made some notes about
this subject, which forced me to change my entire belief
about this type of philosophy. It was useful, because time
management training with Brad Aeon can help your team
boost their productivity, wellbeing, mental health, and
work-life balance. Evidence-based strategies for improving
time management can help you achieve better results with
less stress and more satisfaction.
The following quote ,,Time is free, but it’s priceless. You
can’t own it, but you can use it. You can’t keep it, but you
can spend it. Once you’ve lost it you can never get it back’’
by Harvey Mackay I can truly understand that time is
actually the most precious and valuable resource in our
lives. The moment we lose a single minute, there is no way
to recover it.
In closing, In everything you do, don’t forget the
importance of time. Time is limited, and once it is spent, it’s
gone forever. Keep in mind that you can’t turn the clock
back.
