Objectives

To promote the residential / member of this society

To promote & organize social, cultural & recreational activities for the benefit of the members and to
make best efforts for creating mutual harmony, cooperation, love and affection amongst the residential
members of this society

To remarks all possible advises and guidance to members in any matter relating to ownership and
enjoyment of living in apartments

To act as liaison between the member of the society and the authorities concerned for provision of civic
needs and amenities

To represent the association before government and other authorities for redressal of grievances of
members of the society and for any other common purpose, which may impact the members monitorily
or otherwise and to take all such steps as may be necessary in this regard

To render service to the poor and needy, including health and education service

All the income, earnings, moveable, immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilized and
applied towards the promotion of its aims and objectives only set forth herein above and no portion of
thereof, shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of profit, dividends, bonus and in any
other manner whatsoever to the present or past member. No member of society shall have any
personal claim on any movable or immovable properties of the society or make any profit whatsoever
by virtue of his / her membership

To do such other things / acts/ activities which are necessary and which may be incidental or conducive
to the attainment of any of the objectives of the association
