RE: Cross River Rail Project

Parchem will provide a 10 year warranty on Fosroc Concure A99 curing compound, for the
Cross River Rail project on the terms of its standard warranty certificate.

In our experience the product can last 10 years depending on factors such as correct
application in accordance with the Product Technical Data sheet, routine servicing, and
maintenance where applicable, usage and the environmental conditions of this project being
underground vertical application without UV exposure.

This statement of design life reflects our indicative upper estimate based on the information
we have regarding the project and the product at this time and is not an additional warranty in
respect of the product.
