Techniques + Computers = CAD Technology The Computer Aided Design (CAD)
process is a subset of the Design process. A subset of the Manufacturing Process is the
CAM Process. Automation is the result of combining CAD and CAM.

 CAD and CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) work together to connect product

which is then used by the CAM system to build CNC machine tool part programmes.
Both CAD and CAM functions might be handled by the same machine or by distinct
machines in different rooms or even countries. Computers are used to graphically
develop product designs and models in a computer aided design, or CAD, system. For the

What is Digital Marketing?

Digital marketing refers to the promotion of products or services through the

use of digital technologies such as the Internet, mobile phone apps, display
advertising, and other digital channels. Digital marketing channels are Internet-based
systems for creating, accelerating, and transmitting product value from a producer to
a consumer endpoint via digital networks.

During the 1990s and 2000s, the rise of digital marketing revolutionised the
way brands and businesses used technology for marketing. As digital platforms grew
more integrated into marketing plans and everyday life, and as individuals became
more comfortable with them, make use of electronic devices Digital marketing
campaigns, which combine search engine optimization (SEO), search engine
marketing (SEM), content marketing, influencer marketing, content automation,
campaign marketing, data-driven marketing, e-commerce marketing, social media
marketing, social media optimization, e-mail direct marketing, display advertising,
e–books, and optical discs and games, have become commonplace instead of visiting
physical stores. Non-Internet channels that supply digital media, such as television,
mobile phones (SMS and MMS), callback, and on-hold mobile ring tones, are
included in digital marketing. Digital marketing differs from online marketing in
that it extends to non-Internet channels.
What distinguishes digital marketing from traditional marketing?

Businesses used to advertise their products or services in print media, radio

and television ads, business cards, billboards, and a variety of other comparable
ways before the Internet or social media websites were used for advertising.
Traditional marketing strategies have a restricted ability to reach out to customers
and the extent to which customers' purchasing behavior is influenced.

Digital marketing refers to the use of the internet and other digital platforms to
promote businesses and products. A corporation may utilize PPC and display ads in
addition to their website.

Advertisements, email marketing, mobile technologies such as smartphones,

social media, and other mediums are used to reach and engage their target audience.
What is the role of a digital marketer?

Digital marketers are in charge of increasing brand awareness and generating leads across
all of a company's digital channels, both free and paid. Social media, the company's own
website, search engine rankings, email, display advertising, and the company's blog are all
examples of these channels.

To accurately measure the company's performance across all channels, the digital marketer
normally focuses on a distinct key performance indicator (KPI) for each one. For example, a
digital marketer in charge of SEO measures "organic traffic," or traffic that comes from
website users who accessed a page of the business's website via a Google search.

Today, digital marketing is used in a variety of marketing functions. In small businesses,

one generalist may be in charge of several of the above-mentioned digital marketing
strategies at the same time. These strategies have been used at larger companies. Multiple
specialists work on these approaches, each focusing on one or two of the brand's digital
channels.

What is the purpose of digital marketing?

Traditional marketing may take the form of print ads, phone calls, or physical marketing, but digital
marketing can take place electronically and online. This implies that firms have a plethora of options for
marketing, including email, video, social media, and website-based marketing.

What is a company's definition of digital marketing?

Digital marketing is described as the use of a variety of digital methods and platforms to reach out to
clients where they spend the majority of their time: online. There is a range of strategies that fall under
the banner of "digital marketing," from the website itself to a business's online branding assets, digital
advertising, email marketing, online brochures, and beyond.
The best digital marketers have a clear picture of how each digital marketing campaign
supports their overarching goals. And depending on the goals of their marketing strategy,
marketers can support a larger campaign through the free and paid channels at their
disposal.

For example, a content marketer can write a series of blog articles to generate leads from a new eBook
the company has published. The company's social media marketer might then help promote these blog
entries on the company's social media accounts, both sponsored and organically. Perhaps the email
marketer runs an email campaign to offer more information about the company to individuals who
download the eBook.

WEB DEVELOPMENT

Web development typically refers to the tasks involved in creating websites for intranet or
internet hosting. Web design, web content development, client-side/server-side scripting,
and network security settings are all part of the web development process. Website
development is another name for web development.

Web development is the coding or programming that allows a website to work according to
its owner's specifications. It focuses on the non-design aspects of website development,
such as coding and markup writing.
Web development encompasses everything from simple text pages to large web-based apps,
social network applications, and e-commerce systems.
The building of dynamic web applications is accomplished through web programming, often
known as web development. Web applications include social networking sites such as
Facebook and e-commerce sites such as Amazon.

The good news is that learning web programming isn't as difficult as it may appear.

Many feel that it is the best type of coding to learn for beginners. It's simple to set up,
produces immediate effects, and there's plenty of online training.

Many people learn web coding in order to build the next Facebook or find work in the
business. However, because it's so simple to get started, it's also an excellent pick if you just
want a general introduction to coding. Web development is divided into two categories: front-
end development (also known as client-side development) and back-end development (also
called server-side development).

The construction of what a user sees when they load a web application is referred to as front-
end development, the content, the design, and how you use it HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are
used to do this.

HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) is a particular language for'marking up' text so that
it can be turned into a web page.
HTML is used to create every web page on the internet, and it will serve as the foundation for any web
application. CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets and is a programming language for defining style
guidelines for web pages. CSS is in charge of the aesthetics of the web. Finally, Javascript is a popular
programming language for adding functionality and interactivity to websites.

What happens behind the scenes of a web application is controlled by back-end development. A
database is frequently used to produce the front-end of a back-end.

Enrolling in a university or trade school course is the typical way to study web development. However,
technology may be pricey, and the web evolves at such a rapid pace that schools often struggle to stay
up!

Fortunately, there is a wealth of high-quality coding instruction available on the Internet. What better
way to study web programming than on the internet?

Tree House is a particular training recommendation. This is due to its focus on web development, the
fact that it is endorsed by many of the world's most reputable and recognised web developers, and the
fact that the majority of its instructors are also web developers.
The web development hierarchy is as follows:

 Client-side coding
 Server-side coding
 Database technology

would be helpful in my job. My mentor guided my throughout so that I can learn various things

2. Social skills

There is a huge difference between a college life and life of an employee. I worked with my manager
through online sources and now I know how the industry actually works. The best part was I explored
as much as I want. I did lot of mistakes and I learned from them during my internship period.

3. Timing discipline

There is no restriction of timings in institute or college. If a lecture is missed, you can attend a second
one or you can ask your friends about that. But this did not happened in my internship. I was very
punctual on submission of work. I became punctual and I learned importance of timely fulfilling
targets.

4. Work compliance

During my internship, the work done by my manager and seniors was completed on the same day, that
too with perfection. I learned to complete my work on time with accuracy. This will help in my future
also

I learned how to collect data and from to collect different data, how to ask customers to fill data,
techniques and software used to collect data.

Improved analytical skills

During this internship I had to analyse the collected data every week. Data collection is useless if we
can’t analyse it properly. I used different tools like Microsoft excel and Microsoft Power Bi to analyse
the data properly. My Mentor taught me several techniques also.

firm. It requires a lot of effort and knowledge. That I was able to learn through this internship
Chapter 5:
Suggestions
While I was training at Designs-IN there were some shortcomings expressed by the
management and they asked me for suggestions on the same, here are the suggestions:
-

1. Positioning

For any advertiser to be successful, they need to be clear about the type of customers
they are hoping to attract. While many consulting firms already have a place to brand
and business ahead of time when they are trying to hire someone who is not a
consultant to lead advertising, there are exceptions from time to time so it is important
that we start from scratch. Design-IN should focus on placement

2. Multiple advertising activities

They should be very effective in their promotional activities. They should promote their
product through Email Marketing. They should use other digital platforms like Linkedin
to advertise themselves

3. Differentiation

What separates one subsequent consulting firm from a potential client? While the
establishment of marketing and business strategies is often the root of the divide it is
still just one aspect of what separates one company from the next. Even in the face of a
very serious business problem, clients often have a few practical ways to solve it. The
difference is about strategically aligning critical aspects of the firm's business

4. WEBSITE AND PROGRAMS

The company's website is its most important marketing asset. It plays a very important
role in establishing and dividing the company, but it also plays a very important role in
customer acquisition. Leading end-to-end firms recognize that their website is just one
aspect of a technology program that is used to attract potential buyers, feed them over
time and connect with them when the time is right. They Should Improve Their
Websites and Content
6. Show the brand of your product in all your communication tools and all of your
educational content.

It should be clear by now that the product is much higher than the logo and tag line. It's
the soul of your company that is strong, and in order to do its job, it needs to use
everything you do - especially your social media and educational content. Think of the
various channels you connect with and educate the audience.

7. Focus on Content Strategies

The company should focus on their content strategies and should add case studies,
resources and articles to their websites to attract customers.
