 The Morals of the Health Care Markets

The students must planned a seminar as a group with the topic “The Market of Human Organs”.

This Seminar has two purposes:

• To apply the concepts of studied in class.

• To encourage you to think critically about the social values embodied in these concepts.
The law does not allow individuals to sell their own human organs. Although individuals cannot
sell their organs this does not mean that human organs are valueless. Indeed a market for
various organs can be simulated.
 The Morals of the Health Care Markets

The students are in charge of the whole session and they must plan the structure of the class
responding the following questions:

1. How does the market of Human organs work?

2. In which cases the sell of organs may be considered as an acceptable practice?
3. In which cases don’t.
