Return Material Authorization

NOTES
1) You must get RMA document with RMA number from Dymind before returning any material.
2) Please fill out the RMA, and then send it to Dymind’s service engineer by email or fax. We will
get your address from the RMA.
3) Please print the RMA and pack it together with unit(s)/part(s) that would be returned.
4) Please do send the unit(s)/part(s) to the receiver address indicated in this RMA.
5) Inform Dymind’s service engineer the tracking number after dispatch.
6) Dymind will deliver the replacements after getting the tracking number (AWB).
7) One RMA is valid to one device unit.
8) Please mark low value and “Defective parts for repairing, No commercial value” in the
invoice.
9) If you have special requirement, such as the price in invoice, express, please inform us in
advance.
10) Please make sure the packing box is strong enough. If the high value part is broken during
transportation, you should pay for it.
