 Introduction

Next, we present a professional essay format, which aims to put into practice what
has been learned in master classes, the correct form of a CV and a video recreating
an interview to occupy a position in a restaurant.

Strengths related to morals and beliefs when applying for a job
I´ve always took this topic “What are the strengths and weaknesses?” in the
business interview like one of the most challenging questions to answered, because
in my mind I think “How do I tell what I’m good at without looking bad and have what
I´m better at without bragging?” Yes, it is tough but for I found a formula that always
work for me, it´s emphasize the positive level or skill require for the job and minimize
the negatives, but I´m honest about it.
Because we are all being and we hold up some other powerful suits, thinking of
professional strengths that apply for this work overwhelming. We´ve split it down for
you int roll and skill-based effectiveness. if you are making multiples strengths it
doesn´t hurt to get the mixture of both. Like I mentioned is good to be honest when
answering this question, for me is like I´m very responsible person and I push myself
to present the best work possible and that pressure that I put on my sometimes is
negative thing.
Concentrate on your strengths. if you are accustomed to the internal critic that
concentrate on your falls and shortcomings, at least that is what helps me to focus
more on what skills I need to improve then I take any situation I have and true and
reflect on what physical strange you used to go through and avoid this to happened
again. Also, if for me is difficult to recognize strengths, I ask friends or family what
they believe as the greatest power. You may also make strengths assessments
online with the definition and this helped me a lot because it showed me the skills
that I have and how to use them on an interview.
Strengths are related to beliefs because time shows an infinite series of decision
large and small, that need you to make tough choices. While some factors are
affected, the key factor in determining may be the core beliefs. These beliefs inform
you what sort of person you are, or need to take, and give guidelines, or even
imperatives, for the actions and in my opinion these two helped me a lot to set the
ground of what type of person am I and why I am applying for a job that I think I´ll be
great at.
Beliefs represent the system of individual opinions that comes from inside for
determining good or bad, right, and wrong or should and shouldn´t. Beliefs are the
basic principles that guide the people decisions, they do not have to be shared by
the people or society per se, because they are depending on the individual opinions.
Morals do not define beliefs but are shaped because of beliefs. Morals are the
method of individual opinions that are used for determining good or bad.
I mentioned morals and beliefs at the end because I think that his shapes the type of
person you are and what type of work you can apply, because if you are lazy and
unresponsible you will look for a job where you don´t have any type of challenge you
will stay on the same position and you´ll feel like your giving your 100%, but for me I
like to challenge myself because I get bored when I´m doing the same thing for long
period of time. I aske to my pears to teach me new things or process and this helped
me to give my 100%.

In this essay I will talk a little about myself, the people around me, the skills,
strengths, and weaknesses I have, what I have studied, and what I am now studying.
Additionally, the experience that I have acquired all this time in what I have studied,
as well as what I am learning now, my plans, and my dreams, among others.
My family is the most important thing to me, they are people who have been
supporting me all their lives, we are a united family, my parents, three brothers, and
me. Among my strengths are that I am a loving person, polite, and respectful, so, no
matter where we are, we always talk to each other, but communication with our
parents is the main thing. The weaknesses I have are that I am a very impatient and
desperate person, so I have tried to control myself since not everyone works the
same way as I do.
So, growing up in an integrated family, my education was based on values and little
by little according to the stimulation, the education received, and over the years, my
character and my skills were developed, such as painting, drawing, crafts, and
teaching lessons or training. I have always liked teaching that is the reason I studied
to become a teacher in Early Education for children from 0 to 6 years old, then to
obtain a better academic degree I had the opportunity to study for a bachelor’s
degree.
When I finished, I had the opportunity to work so I started working as a teacher for
children from 4 to 6 years old, after my previous job I went to a Daycare to teach and
take care of children, then I had the opportunity to work in Waldorf school with
children from 2 to 4 years. Over the years I had the opportunity to study for a
master's degree, but I didn't know which one was right for me, so I was researching,
and I liked the master's degree in Psychopedagogy.
When I finished my master's degree, new dreams and aspirations began to emerge
that were important at that time, but I was afraid of thinking that I have studied too
much and that starting another major would not be well seen. So, I concluded that a
person could have many dreams and not just one. I made the decision not to
continue in the educational area, but to study a degree in Hospitality, gastronomy,
and tourism, without having experience but with the heart and the desire to learn.

The reason for this essay is to make known a little about myself, my abilities, skills
and how I could contribute them in a job position within the company.
Talking a little about myself so that you can get to know me, about my interests, I like
music, I can say that I listen to music most of the day, it relaxes me and I am
learning to play the guitar. Another of my passions is cooking, I like it because you
can always learn something new and to mention one last thing, the cinema, watching
old classics or recent films, it is interesting to see a new story or repeat one if I like it
a lot.
I am a bachelor in graphic design, I learned the use of some photo and video editing
programs. To expand my knowledge, I passed a course on the management of the
office package and English courses at a European academy where I reached level
2B and I am currently in the first year of university, studying Hotel, Tourism and
Gastronomy Administration at the Mariano Galvez University in Guatemala.
I have had two jobs before, the first at M Studio where I did the designer work, I
made some designs with their photographs for their social networks and a bit of a
secretary some days. My second job was as a salesperson in a clothing store, my
job was to order clothes, interact with customers and make sales. Previous
experience has shown me teamwork, honesty, strategy development,
communication and observation to highlight a few, I think it's fair to say I put them
into practice.
I hope in the future to complete my studies, gain experience in the restaurant field to
later open my own restaurant, travel to learn about cooking in other cultures and be
able to transmit it in my restaurant.
In general, I would say that my knowledge and experience previously acquired
meets the necessary requirements to occupy the position for which I am applying,
where I can fit in and learn a lot, as well as being able to contribute new ideas and
perform well.

 Conclusion

It’s interesting to know more about the restaurant and some principal things that are
important to work with them. Like, for example work in pairs and talk a little more
about us. The most important thing are the optimal conditions in all aspects, because
If We want to work in the restaurant, it is necessary to have the same quality,
because our principal objective are the coustomers come back and
they feel like home.
