INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING E-POSTER

E POSTER

▪ All E posters should be prepared in English

▪ You may use Microsoft PowerPoint presentation that can be converted
to PDF
▪ The E poster should be set in Landscape orientation (16/9 ratio).
▪ Use readable font and font size.
▪ Use high contrast colours (light text on dark background and vice versa)
▪ All information must be designed to appear within one window or slide
▪ Do not overcrowd the slide, avoid overlapping texts and images
▪ Provide section headings
▪ Pictures, graphs and tables may be included. Hyperlinks, animated
images, animations or embedded videos are not permitted

• Research (Introduction, Aims, Materials & methods, Results and

E-POSTER PRESENTATION

• All E –poster presenters are instructed to be ready with their e-posters

clearly displayed on their own individual laptops in the assigned area for
poster presentation on 28/5/2023 ,7.50 am.
• All e-posters should be sent in pdf format(file size<20 MB)to email id:
dr.anumary2009@gmail.com on or before 25/5/2023 ,8 pm

INSTRUCTION FOR FREE PAPER PRESENTATION

1) Prior registration should be done as per instructions given above.

2) Content should include
i. Title
ii. Name, Designation and Affiliated Institution of primary author and co-
authors
iii. Introduction, Aims and objectives, Materials and Methods, Results and
Discussion, Conclusion, References, Acknowledgements for original
research paper
iv. Each presenter will be allowed 8 minutes to present his/her paper which
will be followed by discussion and queries for 2 minutes
v. All paper presentation ppts to be sent to email id -
dr.anumary2009@gmail.com on or before 25/05/23,8pm
