EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The fashion business is a growing enterprise all around the world. The clothing line

company, which is a component of the business, is likewise thriving as time passes. There are

several clothing labels to choose from, some of which are national brands and others of which

are international ones. The fashion industry, particularly the fabric manufacturing industry, was

not always as simple as it is now. This was due to the fact that clothing was produced

depending on individual demand. The fashion business is a modern-day invention. Fashion

styles change on a regular basis, and in most situations, individuals travel back in time to

reintroduce previous trend. The fashion industry is one that is always changing and fashion

trends will always come and go with the changing of the seasons.

Fashion is a booming industry here in the Philippines, with nearly one-fifth (19%) of

those surveyed claiming to owned more than 100 items. Millennials (those aged 16 - 34) have

the largest proportion of new clothing; 42 percent of millennials indicate they have acquired at

least half of their wardrobe in the last year alone. This compared to 28% of baby boomers

(those over the age of 55) who say the same. The Philippine fashion industry released figures

that show a positive outlook for the domestic fashion market. In general, the market is

expected to reach 106.5 billion. With a market volume of 49.2 billion, women's clothing will

continue to be the leading category. In 2021, there will also be a 960.00 rise in per-person

revenue. Overall, people's love of fashion, as well as the rising number of middle-class families,

will contribute to the industry's growth.

But now, since it is very common to us Filipinos to patronage different brands and styles

from different countries depending on its popularity, why don’t we have our own kind of brand

and style instead? We now present to you the WEAR IT: WEAR confidently, WEAR comfortably,

wear, WEAR IT. WEAR IT clothing line is a business that is geared and open for all ages and

gender. The clothing line is intended to be ordinary clothing with a current and fashionable

twist. The clothing is intended for both women and men of all ages who want fashionable

outfits and an active social life. The major goal of the WEAR IT clothing line is to build and

develop own distinctive and modern clothing line while maintaining the style and refinement

that society and generations want. WEAR IT clothing is appropriate for women and men of all

ages and body types and will be using neutral colors to fit any skin types.

Products will be sold in a cheaper price that anyone can afford regardless of class or

background, and it should be expected that there will be a big promos and benefits to active

customers so that they will have a lesser to pay but more to wear. WEAR IT clothing line will

provide a professional and a model-like kind of style suited and accessible for everyone. Men

and women of all ages will be the target customer of the business since it is intended and open

for all. Since we’re still in pandemic and will not be able to open a physical store for the

business, we’ll be choosing the online business platforms with the use of social medias including

Facebook, Twitter or any other platform that will be beneficial and will be used for the progress

of the business. With the use of the advancement in technology, it will be easier for us to

manage and facilitate the business. Also, livestreaming of the products will be also available

from time to time depending on the production.

Risk may occur in the business including the sameness of product in online markets and

other clothing lines may also provide good quality products and design. Next is the risk of using

of online platforms from hackers, data breaches, website unavailability, pricing competition, and

compliance violation. Next is the mode of transactions, it can be negatively impacting the

business if the customer did not respond, cancel or returns the product due to damages. And

lastly, the business itself, after one season, all of the clothing for that season becomes nearly

unsellable since sophisticated individuals would not be wanting to wear last season's outfits in

the next season. So, in order for the risk to not arise in the business, different strategies will be

putted and implemented accordingly to assist and give the best service to the customers.

Wear it belongs to the Clothing industry or garment industry. WEAR IT offers an appropriate for

all women and men of all ages and body types and will be using neutral colors to fit any skin

types. We will make sure that Our product is consist of cotton fabric shirts which is good in

controlling the moisture and it is also hypoallergenic, weather-proof and it is a durable fabric,

additionally, it provides comfort to the body and it is our original design that you will like.

Basically, the product that WEAR IT offered are professional and a model-like kind of style

suited and accessible for everyone.

TARGET CUSTOMERS

Our target customers include all genders and ages but will be focusing more to the people can

and has an access on social media as it is where the business will take place. Even so,

customers who do not have access on social media will be gladly offered with the products

when we can make sure that it is safe now to go back to the traditional way of shopping as we

plan to open up a stall or bazaar in different malls. We will be offering them these products as

well as our promos at a price that will surely fit their budget. These products are seasonal t-

shirts as its design’s changes according to the demand of the customers.

COMPETITOR ANALYSIS

Comparing our products to the other existing products in the clothing industry, our

competitors’ strength may include:

2. They have higher capital which can produce more shirt

3. They have physical store

The competitors may also have weaknesses such as:

2. They do not supply or have new products monthly, but in our case, we launch different

designs in our product depending on our customer’s demand.

the market and to align business goals based on the target audience. The business is offering a

better place to buy affordable and high-quality products. With the tagline “WEAR confidently,

WEAR comfortably, wear, WEAR IT.” Explains how the business wants to provide a good quality

product and service to the customers and to boost the confidence of everyone without the

feeling of being left out when it comes to fashion trends.

strength of the business towards its success.

WEAKNESSES

1. New/Beginners in the Industry

- One significant disadvantage that may work against us is that we are a new clothing

line business with insufficient financial resources to compete with multi-billion-dollar

fashion labels. Being a new designer is a disadvantage itself because customers will

look for a well-known brand to purchase products and they seldom buy products to

new business to invest with. Another weakness will arise in introducing a new line

without a following. This would be identified as a distinct weakness.

MARKETING PLAN

Advertisements and marketing have an important role in putting/starting up a

business. Advertisements are notices or announcements in public medium promoting a

product, service, event or publicizing job vacancy while marketing is the business

process of creating relationships with and satisfying customers/consumers.

Our group agreed to use social media to be one of our ways in advertising our

products, through this, we can easily advertise our products, simply just posting it to

Facebook (specifically in our Facebook page), Instagram and in other social media

platforms. In addition, using social media will give you a wide scope in reaching people

even if it is from other places or in other country.

SOCIAL MEDIA - focuses on communication, community-based input,

interaction, content-sharing and collaboration.

FACEBOOK PAGE - to share contact information, post updates, share content

and others.

Those channels/medium plays an important role in a specific business. Through
