SEMANA 3: WE ARE FRIENDS!

This is a picture of my friends Manuel and Angela with me (Michele). We are in London
having vacations. Manuel is from Lima, Peru and Angela is from Miraflores. They’re
married. Manuel is a businessman. His office is in the centre of Lima and Angela is a
nurse. Her hospital in the south of Lima. We’re very good friends but we aren’t relatives.
Their house is very big and I love going to Lima to spend time with them.

York. She is a student in New York but she is on vacations. Maggie is visiting her sister
in Miami. Lane and her friend Ken are at the train station. They’re waiting for Maggie.

Lane: Excuse me. What time is the train from New York?
Clerk: It’s at seven- thirty five p.m., and it’s on time today.
