Chapter 5 Toilet and Washroom

501 適用範圍:
建築物依規定應設置無障礙廁所盥洗室者，其設計應符合本
章規定。
Application 501:
The design of accessible toilets and washrooms required by reg-
ulations in buildings shall comply with the provisions of this
chapter.
502 通則
General  Provisions 502
• 502.1  位置:無障礙廁所盥洗室應設於無障礙通路可到達
之處。
• 502.1 Location: Accessible toilets and washrooms shall be
located in a place that is accessible via an accessible route.
• 502.2  地面:無障礙廁所盥洗室之地面應堅硬、平整、防
滑，尤其應注意地面潮濕及有肥皂水時之防滑。
• 502.2 Flooring: The flooring of accessible toilets and
washrooms should be firm, level, and slip-resistant, with
particular attention given to slip resistance when the floor is
wet or soapy.
• 502.3  高差:由無障礙通路進入無障礙廁所盥洗室不得有
高差，止水得採用截水溝，水溝格柵或其他開口應至少
有一方向開口 小於 1.3 公分。
• 502.3 Level: No level changes shall occur when entering
the accessible toilets and washrooms from the accessible
route. A barrier-free drainage ditch, grate, or another open-
ing shall be used, with at least one direction of the space be-
ing less than 1.3 centimetres.
 • 502.4  電燈開關:電燈開關設置高度應於距地板面 70 公
分至 100 公分 範圍內，設置位置應距柱或牆角 30 公分
以上。
• 502.4 Light switch: The height of the light switch should
be between 70 centimetres to 100 centimetres above the
floor level, and the switch should be located at least 30 cen-
timetres away from the column or the corner of the wall.

503 引導標誌
503 Leading marks
• 503.1  入口引導:無障礙廁所盥洗室與一般廁所相同，應
於適當處 設置廁所位置指示，如無障礙廁所盥洗室未
設置於一般廁所 附近，應於一般廁所處及沿路轉彎處
設置方向指示。
• 503.1 Entrance: The accessible toilets and washrooms
should have appropriate toilet location indicators, like the
standard ones. If the accessible toilets and washrooms are
not near the standard ones, leading marks should be placed
at the standard ones at turns along the way.
• 503.2  標誌:無障礙廁所盥洗室前牆壁或門上應設置無障
礙標誌。 如主要通路走廊與廁所盥洗室開門方向平行，
則應另設置垂 直於牆面之無障礙標誌(如圖 503.2)。
• 503.2 Sign: An accessibility sign should be placed on the
front wall or door of the accessible toilets and washrooms.
If the main corridor runs parallel to the entrance of the ac-
cessible toilets and washrooms, a vertical accessibility sign
(such as Figure 503.2) should be placed perpendicular to
the wall surface.

504 廁所盥洗室設計
504 Design of Toilet and Washroom
• 504.1 淨空間:無障礙廁所盥洗室應設置直徑 150 公分以
上之迴轉空間，其迴轉空間邊緣 20 公分範圍內，如符
合膝蓋淨容納空間規定者，得納入迴轉空間計算(如圖
504.1)。
• 504.1 Clearance: The accessible toilets and washrooms
should have a turning space with a diameter of at least 150
centimetres. Within 20 centimetres of the edge of the turn-
ing space, if a knee clearance space meets the requirements,
it may be included in calculating the turning space (such as
Figure 504.1).

• 504.2  門:應採用橫向拉門，出入口淨寬不得小於 80 公
分，且符合本規範 205.4 規定(如圖 504.1)。
• 504.2 Door: A horizontal sliding door should be used, and
the clear opening width of the entrance should not be less
than 80 centimetres and comply with the requirements of
section 205.4 of this regulation (as shown in Figure 504.1).
• 504.3  鏡子:鏡面底端距地板面不得大於 90 公分，鏡面
高度應在 90 公分以上(如圖 504.3)。
 • 504.3 Mirror: The bottom edge of the mirror surface
should not be more than 90 centimetres above the floor
level, and the height of the mirror surface should be above
90 centimetres (as shown in Figure 504.3).

504.4 求助鈴
504.4 Emergency Button
• 504.4.1 位置:無障礙廁所盥洗室內應設置 2 處求助鈴，1
處按鍵中心點在距離馬桶前緣往後 15 公分、馬桶座墊
上 60 公分，另設置 1 處可供跌倒後使用之求助鈴，按
 鍵中心距地板面高 15 公分至 25 公分範圍內，且應明確
標示，易於操控 (如圖 504.4.1)。
• 504.4.1 Location: Two emergency call buttons should be
installed in the accessible toilet washroom. One button
should be located 15 centimetres behind the front edge of
the toilet and 60 centimetres above the toilet seat. The other
button should be placed 15 to 25 centimetres above the
floor and be clearly marked and easy to operate, specifically
designed for use in case of a fall (as shown in figure
504.4.1).

 • 504.4.2 連接裝置:求助鈴應連至服務台或類似空間，若
無服務台，應連接至無障礙廁所盥洗室外之警示燈或聲
響。
• 504.4.2 Connectivity: The emergency call button should be
connected to a service desk or a similar space. If no service
desk is available, it should be connected to a warning light
or sound outside the accessible toilet washroom.

505 馬桶及扶手
505 Toilet and Grab Bars

• 505.1  適用範圍:無障礙廁所盥洗室設置馬桶及扶手，應
符合本節規定。
• Application 505.1:The installation of toilets and grab bars
in accessible toilet washrooms shall comply with the regu-
lations of this section.
• 505.2  淨空間:馬桶至少有一側邊之淨空間不得小於 70
公分，扶手 如設於側牆時，馬桶中心線距側牆之距離
不得大於 60 公分， 馬桶前緣淨空間不得小於 70 公分
(如圖 505.2)。
• 505.2 Clearance:The toilets should have a clear space of at
least 70 centimetres on one side. If the grab bars are in-
stalled on the side wall, the distance between the toilet's
centerline and the side wall should be within 60 centime-
tres.

• 505.3 高度:應使用一般型式之馬桶，座墊高度為 40 公
分至 45 公分，馬桶不可有蓋，且應設置背靠，背靠距
離馬桶前緣 42 公分 至 50 公分，背靠下緣與馬桶座墊
之淨距離為 20 公分(水箱作為背靠需考慮其平整及耐壓
性，應距離馬桶前緣 42 公分至 50 公分)(如圖 505.3)。
• 505.3 Height: A standard toilet should be used, with a seat
height of 40 to 45 centimetres. The toilet should not have a
lid and should be equipped with a backrest. The backrest
should be located 42 to 50 centimetres from the front edge
 of the toilet, and the clearance between the lower edge of
the backrest and the toilet seat should be 20 centimetres (if
a water tank is used as a backrest, its flatness and pressure
resistance should be considered, and it should be located 42
to 50 centimetres from the front edge of the toilet) (as
shown in figure 505.3).

• 505.4  沖水控制:沖水控制可為手動或自動，手動沖水控
制應設置於 L 型扶手之側牆上，中心點距馬桶前緣往前
10 公分及馬桶座 墊上 40 公分處(如圖 505.4);馬桶旁無
側面牆壁，手動沖水控制應符合手可觸及範圍之規定。
• 505.4 Flush Controls: Flush controls can be manual or au-
tomatic. Manual flush controls should be installed on the
side wall adjacent to the L-shaped grab bar. The centre
point of the flush control should be located 10 centimetres
in front of the front edge of the toilet and 40 centimetres
 above the toilet seat (as shown in Figure 505.4). If no side
wall is adjacent to the toilet, the manual flush control
should be within a reachable range.

• 505.5  側邊 L 型扶手:馬桶側面牆壁裝置扶手時，應設置

L 型扶手， 扶手外緣與馬桶中心線之距離為 35 公分(如
圖 505.5.1)，扶手水平與垂直長度皆不得小於 70 公分，
垂直扶手外緣與馬桶前緣之距離為 27 公分，水平扶手
上緣與馬桶座墊距離為 27 公 分(如圖 505.5.2)。L 型扶
手中間固定點並不得設於扶手垂直部分。
• 505.5 L-Shaped Grab Bar: An L-shaped grab bar should
be used when installing grab bars on the side wall adjacent
to the toilet. The distance between the grab bar's outer edge
and the toilet's centerline should be 35 centimetres (as
shown in Figure 505.5.1). The horizontal and vertical
lengths of the grab bar should be at most 70 centimetres.
The distance between the outer edge of the vertical grab bar
and the front edge of the toilet should be 27 centimetres,
and the distance between the upper edge of the horizontal
grab bar and the toilet seat should be 27 centimetres (as
shown in Figure 505.5.2). The fixed point in the middle of
the L-shaped grab bar should not be located on the vertical
portion of the grab bar.

• 505.6 可動扶手:馬桶至少有一側為可固定之掀起式扶手。
使用狀態時，扶手外緣與馬桶中心線之距離為 35 公分，
且兩側扶手上緣與馬桶座墊距離為 27 公分，長度不得
小於馬桶前端且突出部分不得大於 15 公分(如圖
505.6)。
• 505.6 Foldable and adjustable grab bar:At least one side of
the toilet should have a foldable and fixable grab bar. When
in use, the outer edge of the grab bar should be 35 centime-
tres away from the toilet's centerline, and the distance be-

tween the upper edge of the bar and the toilet seat on both
sides should be 27 centimetres. The length should be at
most the front end of the toilet, and the protruding part
should be within 15 centimetres (as shown in Figure 505.6).

506 無障礙小便器
506 An accessible urinal

• 506.1  位置:一般廁所設有小便器者，應設置至少一處無
障礙小便器。無障礙小便器應設置於廁所入口便捷之處，
且不得設有門檻。
• 506.1 Location: In a standard toilet with a urinal, at least
one accessible urinal should be installed. The accessible
urinal should be located in a convenient location near the
 entrance of the toilet and without any threshold.
• 506.2  高差:無障礙小便器前方不得有高差。
• 506.2 Level: There should be no level changes before an
accessible urinal.
• 506.3  高度:無障礙小便器之突出端距地板面高度不得大
於 38 公分 (如圖 506.3)。
• 506.3 Height: The accessible urinal should not exceed
38cm from the floor level. (as shown in Figure 506.3)

• 506.4  沖水控制:沖水控制可為手動或自動，手動沖水控
制應符合手可觸及範圍之規定。
• 506.4 Flush Controls: Flush controls can be manual or auto-
matic. The manual flush control should be within a reach-
able range.

• 506.5  淨空間:無障礙小便器與其他小便器間應裝設隔板，
且隔板間之淨空間不得小於小便器中心線左右各 50 公
分(如圖 506.5 )。
• 506.5 Clearance: A partition should be installed between
the accessible urinal and other urinals, and the clear space
between chambers should not be less than 50 centimetres to
the left and right of the centerline of the urinal (as shown in
Figure 506.5).

• 506.6 扶手:無障礙小便器兩側及前方應設置扶手。兩側
扶手中心 線之距離為 60 公分(如圖 506.5)，長度為 55
公分，扶手上緣 距地板面為 85 公分，扶手下緣距地板
面 65 公分至 70 公分。前 方扶手上緣距地板面為 120
公分，其中心線與牆壁之距離為 25 公分 (如圖
506.6.1、圖 506.6.2)。
• 506.6 Grab Bar: Grab Bar should be installed on both sides
and in front of the accessible urinal. The distance between
the centerlines of the two side handrails should be 60 cen-
timetres, with a length of 55 centimetres. The upper edge of
the handrail should be 85 centimetres from the floor, and
the lower edge should be 65-70 centimetres from the floor.
The upper edge of the front bar should be 120 centimetres
from the floor, and the distance between the centerline and
the wall should be 25 centimetres (as shown in Figures
506.6.1 and 506.6.2).

507 洗面盆

• 507.1  適用範圍:無障礙廁所盥洗室設置洗面盆，應符合
本節規定 。
• 507.1 Application: The installation of washbasins in acces-
sible toilet washrooms shall comply with the regulations of
this section.

• 507.2  高差:無障礙洗面盆前方不得有高差。
• 507.2 Level: There should be no level changes before the
washbasins in accessible toilet washrooms.
• 507.3  高度:無障礙洗面盆上緣距地板面不得大於 80 公
分，下緣應 符合膝蓋淨容納空間規定(如圖 507.3)。
• 507.3 Height: The height of the accessible washbasin
should not be higher than 80 centimetres from the floor, and
the lower edge should comply with the knee clearance re-
quirements (as shown in Figure 507.3).

• 507.4  水龍頭:水龍頭應有撥桿，或設置自動感應控制設
備。
• 507.4 Faucet:The faucet should have a lever or an auto-
matic sensing control device.
• 507.5  洗面盆深度:洗面盆外緣距離可控制水龍頭操作端、
可自動 感應處、出水口均不得大於 40 公分(如圖
507.6.1、圖 507.6.2 、圖 507.6.1)，如設有環狀扶手時深
度應計算至環狀扶手外 緣。洗面盆下方空間，外露管
線及器具表面不得有尖銳或易 磨蝕之設備。
• 507.5 The depth of the washbasin: The distance between
the outer edge of the washbasin and the control handle of
the water tap, the automatic sensing device, and the water
outlet shall not exceed 40 centimetres (as shown in Figures
507.6.1, 507.6.2, and 507.6.1). If there is a circular
handrail, the depth should be measured to the outer edge of
the bar. The space under the washbasin, exposed pipes, and
equipment surfaces shall not have sharp or easily corroded
devices.
• 507.6  扶手:洗面盆應設置扶手，型式可為環狀扶手或固
定扶手。 設置環狀扶手者，扶手上緣應高於洗面盆邊
緣 1 公分至 3 公分 (如圖 507.6.1)。設置固定扶手者，
使用狀態時，扶手上緣 高度應與洗面盆上緣齊平，突
出洗面盆邊緣長度為 25 公分， 兩側扶手之內緣距離為
70 公分至 75 公分(如圖 507.6.2)。但 設置檯面式洗面盆
或設置壁掛式洗面盆已於下方加設安全支 撐者，得免
設置扶手(如圖 507.6.3)。
• 507.6 Grab Bar:Grab Bar should be installed for wash-
basins, including circular or fixed handrails. For the circular
grab bar, the upper edge of the handrail should be 1 to 3
centimetres higher than the edge of the washbasin (see Fig-
ure 507.6.1). For fixed grab bar, when in use, the upper
edge of the grab bar should be level with the upper edge of
the washbasin, protruding 25 centimetres beyond the edge
of the washbasin, and the distance between the inner edges
of the two side grab bar should be 70 to 75 centimetres (see
Figure 507.6.2). However, the grab bar may be omitted if a
countertop or wall-mounted washbasin has safety support
underneath (see Figure 507.6.3).
