BIOMOLECULES
It is all biological materials exclusive of cells and structural proteins when
they are used as the “natural bioterials” themelves. It includes proteins, lipids,
etc., and can serve various function like providing structural integrity to the
tissue-engineered constructs.

CARBOHYDRATES
Carbohydrates or carbs are the sugars, starches, and dietary fiber that occur in plant
foods and dairy products. The body breaks them down into glucose, which provides
energy.

PROTEINS
Protein provides food with structure and texture and enables water
retention. They do most of the work in cells and are required for the
structure, function, and regulation of the body's tissues and organs.

LIPIDS
Lipids are fatty compounds that perform a variety of
functions in your body. They help with moving and storing
energy, absorbing vitamins and making hormones.

NUCLEIC
Nucleic acids are large biomolecules that play essential
roles in all cells and viruses. They play an especially
important role in directing protein synthesis.
