The existing part of the Iraq Al-Amir Women’s Association will be


preserved with the same architectural character as it is in it with
the adjustment on it and some places will be removed as this part
reflects the old era and expresses the past, and a new part will be
added to the building, which is like another building with a modern
architectural character that reflects the modern era and
expresses the future and will be between A link that connects the
two buildings as well as the past and the future together

The remaining exterior of the palace will be preserved so that


these islands are an indication of the past, and a roof will be added
to the building and walls in the form of a cover starting from the
inside, which is the part that will express the future

Project definition
The project is a revitalization and development of the tourist path located in the Iraq Al-Amir
region and its rehabilitation to become suitable for receiving tourists, through several
stages, the first of which is the rehabilitation of the entire archaeological areas in the area in
terms of streets, floors, lights, landscaping and security, starting from the monastery’s
hanging through the Sayed’s Cave Christ is followed by the archaeological caves, then the
palace of the slave

The second stage is a modification to the function of some archaeological spaces. Action Aria
was chosen to be worked on and to modify the function of the internal spaces of the sites
within it, which include the archaeological caves, the Women’s Association of Iraq Al-Amir and
Qasr Al-Abd
In addition to an amendment to the function of the inner void of the monastery suspension

Project justifications
- To contribute to raising the national economy and the region's at the same time by making
the region eligible to receive tourists as it is an important tourist area
- To encourage investors to invest in the area by making it an attractive area for visitors
- To raise the cultural level of the people of the region and visitors and stimulate domestic
tourism
- The region’s need for tourism services and taking care of archaeological sites that have a
very high cultural value

Preserving the ancient monuments in the area and exploiting them in the best way
