-Founded exclusively by the OGs, post-mint the OG Club DAO website will be
developed, to allow proper DAO infrastructure via on chain voting (verified via proof
of ownership of the NFT); social media- like decentralised censorship-free forum;
and Solana NFT networking hub (both on discord, and on the website).

-The pass will evolve into a high quality PFP art, designed by professional artists
paid for with mint funds and royalties commissioned by the DAO using on chain
voting. This will give us attractive social media presence while satisfying the DAO’s
collective requests/suggestions/ideas for art.

-Future royalties will be added together with mint funds into a wallet controlled by the
DAO, who will choose what projects to invest in to creating demand for the pass and
creating incentive to hold the pass.

- Of course, “alpha” will be kept top notch and up to date. Including daily mints, WL
opportunities and more. This will not be the focus, but present in outstanding quality
for those that fancy it.
