1. The assignment should consist of list of content, introduction, the body,
recommendation, conclusion, references, appendices (if any). 2. Assignment should be typed on A4 paper using Arial Font size 11 with double line spacing and justify. 3. Use one side of the paper. 4. Margin: Top: 3 cm Bottom: 3 cm Right: 2 cm Left: 2.5 cm 5. Number the pages. 6. Bind the assignment (comb binding) 7. Keep your own copy of the assignment for reference 8. Submit assignment to lecturer in charge. 9. For power point presentation (P.P) Guideline: The P.P should consist of list of content, introduction, the body, recommendation, conclusion, references. Background: use the same background on each slide (dark background should not be used) Avoid combination color of slide example: green on blue/dark yellow on green/purple on blue/orange on green and red on green. Font style should be readable. Recommended Font Arial, Tahoma, Veranda (standardize the font each slide) Font size: a good sub tittle or bullet point size example; veranda size 32 Content text should be no smaller than tittle font size. Graphs and chart – make sure audience can read and avoid graph contain too much information. Illustration: use only when needed and should relate to the message and help make a point.
