The incinerator consists of 4 parts, main body, control system, fuel

oil system, air system.

The main body includes 4 parts: first combustion chamber, second combu

stion chamber, environmental protection absorption chamber, chimney.

The control system is consisted of control box, two thermocouples, and

control circuit.

The fuel oil system consists of one oil tank, two burners, and oil pipeline.

The air system includes: air blower, air pipeline, and four butterfly valves.

Other spare parts consists of bolts, asbestos ropes, steel wire ropes, rubber

rings etc.

Ⅱ, The installation of the incinerator

Before the installation,depend on the list of the incinerator,make sure

all parts of incinerator completely.

The installation need one crane,three workers,one professional

electrician and prepared concrete base.

The installation is very easily,but you need the standard operation

and pay attention to the safety.the workers need prepare for the safety

measures. As the installation of the control system,it need the professional

electrician to operate.

Below operation steps depend on 150kg model and the model larger

than 150kg model. As the model smaller than 150kg model, you can

ignore the step of finished installed parts of incinerator.

Operation steps:

1, Fix the first combustion chamber on the concrete base,put the

asbestos ropes seal ring on the joint of the second combustion

chamber.Put second combustion chamber above the joint with the

help of crane. Align the screw holes and tighten the screws. Put the

asbestos ropes seal ring on the second combustion chamber with the

sameway.lifting the environmental protection absorption chamber on

the second combustion chamber,make sure the door of

absorption chamber has the same side of the second combustion

chamber’s door. Align the screw holes and tighten the screws. Then

put the asbestos ropes seal ring on the absorption chamber.

2, Assemble the chimney depend on the part number.Put the

asbestos ropes in the joint of the chimney, Align the screw holes and

tighten the screws. Cut the steel wire rope into three same length

parts.Fix one end of steel wire rope on the torus of the chimney,then

lift the chimney on the absorption chamber and pay attention to

balance. Align the screw holes and tighten the screws. Fix three steel

wire ropes on the ground or reliable object on the ground,try to

minimize the angle of steel wire ropes with ground.

3, Put the butterfly valves on the joint of air pipeline. Align the air

pipeline and butterfly valves, adjust the installing direction of

butterfly valves to operate easily. Align the screw holes and tighten

the screws. Put the bubber rings on the interface of the air blower and

install the air blower. Depend on the instructions of the air

blower,connect the control wiring with the control interface.

4, Fix the oil tank on the second combustion chamber with the

screw,connect the oil pipeline and oil filter.The oil pipeline is divided

into up oil outlet pipe and down oil return pipe, connect the exit end

of oil filter with the oil pipeline, connect the entry end with the up of

oil separator. Install the bigger power burner on the second

combustion chamber,the smaller power one on the first combustion

chamber. Depend on the intructions of the burner and connect the oil

pipeline.

Open the control box on the burner, there are two power wapes from

the control box to the burner, one is connected to the burner power

supply, and the other is connected to the built-in fan power supply

(the built-in fan motor cable has been removed from the burner

junction box)

5, Install the control box on the first combustion chamber,depend on

the mark on the internal interface of control box connect the control

circuit. Install two thermocouples on the interface of second

combustion chamber. Depend on the mark of anode and cathode in

the control box,connect the circuit of thermocouple.

After the installation,it need to be checked and confirmed:

1,The main body of incinerator and chimney vertical to the ground.

2, All the screws and interfaces has been connected and fixed.

3,The anode and cathode of control circuit and control system are

correct.

4,All the parts of the incinerator are intact.

Ⅲ,The preparation before starting the incinerator

1. second burner switch, the main fan switch, first burner inbuilt air

blower button, second burner inbuilt air blower button stop button, First

combustion chamber’s temperature display device, second combustion

chamber’s temperature display device.

2.Depend on the specification requirements of the capacity,put the

medical waste into the first combustion chamber,close the door and make

sure the seal.

3.Depend on the quantity of the medical waste,Put enough diesel into the

oil tank(over 10 ℃ ,use 0#diesel; below 10 ℃ ,use -10#diesel),open the

switch of the oil pipeline,check the oil pipeline there is no leakage and

make sure the safety.

4.Close the switch of butterfly valve of air pipe

5.Switch off all the buttons on the control panel.

6.Connect the cable with the switch in the control box,connect the anode

and cathode depend on the marks.

Ⅴ，The start of the incinerator

1. Flip the switch inside the Control box, red power indicator light

on, and the temperature indicator indicates the inside temperature of

incinerator. It’s about 600-1100 Celsius degree displays under normal

burning circumstances.

2. Turn on the No. 2 burner switch and the upper green indicator

lights up. The built-in fan of the second burner is automatically turned on,

The ignition starts. It’s about 20 seconds for the procedure of successfully

ignition.

3. after the indicator of second combustion chamber reaches 400

Celsius degree. Press the operation button of first burner, the yellow light

on, the built-in fan of the first burner is automatically turned on. watch

the length of the burner flame, then adjust it according to the manual

book.

4. Adjust the air pipeline and butterfly valve according to the

burning situation, meantime turn on the air blower, control the air force.

Ⅵ, The stop of the incinerator

1. Observe whether the inside incineration waste is fully burning,

or there is no trace of fire.

2. Press the turn off button of first burner and second burner.

3. Wait the temperature indicator no higher than 100 Celsius degree.

4. Turn off the air blower swift, meantime turn off the air pipeline

and butterfly valves.

5. Turn off the fan of first burner swift,fan of second burner swift

and main air blower, meantime turn off the air pipeline and butterfly

valves.

6. Press the timer turn off button.

7. Turn off the NXB-63 switch of control box.

VII. matters need attention

1. The filling of garbage.

A. After opening the furnace door, put the garbage into the furnace. The

amount of each input should not exceed 80% of the total volume of the

combustion chamber. The medical waste should be kept at a distance of

more than 30 cm from the burner on the right side to prevent blockage.

The resulting poor combustion will reduce the combustion efficiency and

damage the burner.

B. Be careful not to put the garbage together, so as not to cause the

combustion air to circulate and make the combustion incomplete.

C. Ensure that there are no large amounts of organic combustibles (such

as gasoline, kerosene, etc.) in the garbage.

D. The garbage of plastic products should be kept away from the vent as

far as possible to avoid direct combustion that cannot be fully burned out

and produce a lot of black smoke.

2. The furnace door is closed.

Before the ignition is started, the bolts of the furnace door should be

tightened to prevent the furnace door from being tightly closed and

causing smoke from the cracks of the door.

3. Ignite and waste burn.

A. Check whether there is electricity before ignition.

B. Before each use, check the amount of oil in the oil tank and open the

oil inlet and return valves. (0# or -10#, -20# light diesel must be used

according to the temperature, otherwise it will block the oil circuit and

the fuel injector due to the dirty fuel, which will cause insufficient

combustion and black smoke.)

C. The air volume of the primary combustion chamber, the secondary

combustion chamber, and the mixed combustion chamber should be

adjusted in time according to the different types of garbage, and the air

volume of the secondary combustion chamber should be minimized when

starting.

D. Manual mode is adopted for ignition and combustion. Make sure that

the temperature of the secondary combustion chamber rises to 400°C

before starting the burner of the primary combustion chamber.

E. Do not cut off the power immediately after stopping the furnace. Due

to the high temperature of the furnace at that time, the fan will stop after

the power is cut off, so that the burner cannot be cooled, and the high

temperature will cause the nozzle and the photoresistor of the burner to be

burnt to be damaged. When the temperature in the furnace drops below

100 degrees Celsius, turn off the built-in small fan and blower of the

burner.

F. In the event of an emergency (deflagration in the furnace, etc.), the

emergency shutdown switch should be pressed immediately to implement

an emergency shutdown.

G. It is not allowed to turn off the power immediately, whether it is after

normal combustion or emergency shutdown of the furnace, that is, stop

the rotation of the burner fan to prevent burning of the burner due to high

temperature.

H. The incineration temperature should be checked at any time during

incineration.

I. It is forbidden to open the door when burning garbage and open the

furnace door when the incineration is not finished, so as to avoid exposed

fire to burn personnel and high temperature to burn the burner on the

upper part of the furnace door and cause air pollution due to the outgoing

smoke.

G. When cleaning the ash each time, the temperature of the ash should be

lowered 8 hours after the incineration is completed to avoid personal

burns due to the high temperature.

VIII. Daily maintenance of waste incinerator

1. When the incinerator is out of service for a long time, the oil circuit

and the main power supply switch should be closed.

2. Regularly clean the filter screen of the oil cup to avoid clogging.

Change -10# or -20# diesel in time as the outside temperature changes.

3. Every 2-3 months, open the dust removal door of the burn-out dust

removal chamber (secondary combustion chamber) to clean the dust

inside.

4. Maintain the burner regularly.
