Our superiority
The main design differences of our machine are as follows: 1. the most important is safety
Firstly, we have the safety device like pressure gauge, alarming and safety valve. Usually we set the pressure at 0.03-0.05, if the pressure reach this number, the alarm will alarming, then the safety valve will open automatically. Then guarantee no big accident. Secondly, we have the vacuum device. This works under negative pressure, so that keep no pressure in the working system. Then guarantee no accident happen. Thirdly, in the end of the system have a water seal device. Inside the gas pipe is under water surface. Then the exhaust must come out from water. So no gas back to working system. Keep safety.

2. Environmental friendly
Firstly, we used recycling water for cooling system and discharging device. So no pollution to water. Secondly, as I said the vacuum device(only we have this device in China), it is negative pressure. It will suck the gas to the end, So when feeding material will be no pollution to air. Thirdly, the exhaust gas come out from the system will be lead by a gas pipe to the furnace reburn as energy. No any pollution. Fourth, there is the dedusting device, inside which have 37 high pressure nozzles, wash the smoke by water. So come out from the chimney only steam.

Firstly, the vacuum can deduce the pyrolysis temperature, so that shorten heating time. Save energy. Secondly, it is the exhaust gas, after first 2 hours heating, there will be exhaust gas come out. Then u can heat with exhaust. Only little energy is ok. Besides, when manufacturing the plant we used auto-welders, so the welding seam is very beautiful and very strong. The most important factor for oil output rate is condenser. If condenser is not good, the cooling effect will be bad, then affect oil output rate. Our condenser is as attached picture, it is vertical type, inside each condenser have 57 small pipes.

For 10 tons machine have 2 such condensers and smaller size 3 condensers. The oil output rate for truck tire can get to 45-52%.

1. Auto feeder
For safety, workers need not go into the reactor to put tires, you know, after one batch finishing, the temperature inside the reactor is about 100-200 degree. For energy saving, after one batch finishing,the temperature inside the reactor is about 100-200 degree. We can absolutely take good advantage of this heat energy.

2. Vacuum device
Two functions, Firstly, in the beginning, after the heating starts and before oil coming out, there will be moisture in the reactor, we will start the vacuum device which will suck the moisture out, so we will get much pure liquid oil. Secondly, in the end of one batch, we can start the vacuum device to suck the CO2 and other gas inside of the reactor,at the same time blower blow gas into the reactor, so the reactor can be cooling down soon.

3. the 2nd generation machine
use a big gear, the big gear is welding on the outer surface of the reactor, due to expanding with heat and contracting with cold, after long time of expanding and contracting, the bigger gear will be out of shape, and cannot match with the smaller gear. So the reactor will stop working.

our machine (5th generation machine) we use relatively smaller gears (compare to the bigger gear of 2nd generation machine) and the gear will be fixed on the oil output pipe there will be some gap between gear and reactor,so only little heating energy will be transferred to the gear and also there are some heating releasing hole on the gear which will not be out of shape.

the 2nd generation machine: the seam between the reactor and the insulation is big and very difficult to seal , so smoke from coal burning will leak out and pollute the air.

While our machine (5th generation machine) the seam between the reactor and the insulation (diameter) is small and very easy to seal, so smoke cannot leak out from the seam, and very environmental friendly.

The 2nd generation machine

the 2nd generation machine use sylphon bellows to connect reactor and the buffer chamber which is for adjusting the reactor and the rest parts to make them in the same level, and also show their machine is unstable and sylphon bellows is made by plastic which is very weak and easy to be broken, so oil gas will leak out from it.

Our machine (5th generation machine) adopt the advanced technology to make the connection between reactor and the buffer chamber, it is divided into two parts (stator and rotor) it has no leaking parts.

dust removal equipment applicable scope: the dust emissions from burning of coal,gas,straw and oil. working theory:extrusioning water into highpressure nozzle through high-pressure pumps, then getting water into spray, absorbing dust and sulfur dioxide. device constitute: stainless steel spraying gas flue. High pressure cleaner(stainless steel, copper alloy, ceramic),water-film separator,gas flue,induced draft fan,dedusting pool,chimney.water resistant dedusting tank. temperature scope: controlled by air door of induced draft fan, the temp is not more than 200 degree in furnace while slagging. environmental protection: water used in dust catcher is recyclable. device maintaining: adding alkali to neutralize, because the water will change into acidity which has a corrosive effect on device, after absorbing sulfur dioxide at high temp.
