A: Hi B, How are you today?
B: ohh, I feel so good. What about you?
A: My health is not very good. Therefore, I am planning to exercise to keep fit. I
believe it can help my health better
B: That's amazing! What do you often do to keep fit?
A: For better health, I think the first I do is limit my intake of fast food and soft
drinks. In addition, I will add vegetables and fiber groups
B: Uhm what about training?
A: I plan to go to the gym twice a week. I will start with the simple exercises first
B: That sounds good, I think you can invite PT to improve your training efficiency
or practice with friends to avoid dropping out.
A: Sure! I think I'll go to the gym three times a week outside of us I can do some
light exercises at home
B: I believe you will get better
