Dear Honor Singh,
I am sorry for the circumstances that have resulted in this change. I
received your email requesting a refund of the Basic Spanish
course payments. After carefully considering your request, I want to let
you know that you will l get a prorated refund of your course fees.
However, we cannot return 100% of the tuition fees paid per school
policy because you know the laws and regulations before
enrolling at Deakin University. But, we are committed to offering a
partial tuition return according to the student's level of
accomplishment and the amount of time invested course.
I will notify the finance staff know about your request for a refund and
make sure it's processed fairly and efficiently. A confirmation
email with the correct refund amount will be sent to you.
I apologize once more for the situation that resulted in this issue. If
you have any further questions or require additional assistance,
please contact me.
