    Critique and criticize each film based on the steps below. Do it on a separate sheet.

     When and where was it created?
     What platform is it used?
     Is there a primary subject in films?

    II. Analysis
     How do the elements of art interact with each other?
     Are there interesting visual effects created?
     What specific elements stand out in the film? Is there a focal point?
     How is the work organized?

    III. Interpretation
     What is the artist trying to communicate?
     What thoughts or feelings come up watching the film?
     Express your opinion but ALWAYS back up with evidence.

    IV. Judgement
     Share your personal thoughts based on the previous steps.
     Do you like it? Why/why not?
     Is the play effective?
     Are you judging based on technique or emotional content?
     What criteria do you think are important when judging the film?
