Greetings of peace!

The month of November is regarded as the English Month. Private and

public schools nationwide celebrate the month, most basically, in the same
ways.

Like most schools, though it is a bit late, my classes from Conversational

English and Personality Development would like to conduct an English
Month Activity which is a Speech Choir Competition on the 17th of
December 2022. It was just a simple celebration to be participated by my
students themselves but the quintessence of using the English language
was there.

The said activity aims to recognize the importance of global communication

through multilingualism and cultural diversity. We hope to promote
language awareness to the students and enhance their English proficiency
skills. Thus, preparing them to become globally competitive through
comprehension and communication.

In line with this, I would also like to ask permission to utilize the College
Library or the Audio-Visual Room (AVR) as the venue of the activity on the
said date.
