How to Study Korean?

(for Beginners)
 

1. Learn Hangul First.

Don't study all the complicated pronunciation rules when you study Hangul.

There are so many pronunciation rules in Korean, and studying them all is very boring and
inefficient.

Study only consonants, vowels, final consonants, and some of the essential pronunciation
rules.

And get used to Korean by listening and reading a lot of words and sentences.

2. Learn Korean sentence structure.

It's much easier to make sentences if you understand the sentence structure of Korean.

Be sure to learn sentence structure before studying grammar!

3. Build up your basic grammar skills!

A lot of basic grammar of Beginner level is used again grammar of intermediate level.

Almost rules of grammar are similar. So if you don't build up basic grammar skill at first, you
can't study Korean quickly and properly.

Don't forget that basic grammar skill is the most important!

4. Study vocabulary everyday!

Vocabulary of beginner level is used most often in daily conversation.

So if you study beginner's vocabulary quickly, you can speak korean much better.

The fastest and most accurate way to study vocabulary is to study every day.

Study little by little every day using various Apps or flash cards!

5. Listening and speaking?

It's good to watch interesting dramas and TV shows, but listening to podcast that repeats
simple sentences is better.

And if you repeat those sentences little by little, your speaking skills will improve fast.

Of course, talking with a native korean teacher often would be the best way, right?
