Welcome to Gamuda offices. In order to ensure your health and safety
whilst on the premises to combat the spread of COVID-19, please read
this document and comply with the instructions.

Please pay attention to the signs at the premises.

All visitors must sign in and out at the Reception Desk on the 1st floor.

Complete Health Declaration Form for DOSH compliance.

Visitor pass must be kept visible at all times whilst in the building.

Visitors will be met by their host at the Reception area on the 8th floor and any
relevant information will be briefed to them.

Please report incident or opportunities for improvement to your host.

Please note floor & facilities information is specific to Menara Gamuda. It may differ based on your meeting location. Visitors to check with host.
 PROTECTIVE MEASURES USE OF ELEVATORS

Temperature Screening – Above 37.50C will be asked to Limit number of people in lifts.

Frequently wash hands with clean running Surau: Level 1 (beside DIB Café).

Cough or sneeze into bent elbow – not hands.

Toilets: Ground Floor (near ATM).
Practice good hygiene.
Used face mask and tissue to be disposed in
designated bins labelled ‘Used Face Mask & Tissue’.

 EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS & RESPONSE

If you are ill, DO NOT ENTER PREMISES.

If symptoms develop while you are in GAMUDA premises, immediately

notify meeting organiser and leave to seek medical attention.
