According to the latest protocols, Italy will be divided into red, orange, yellow or

Independently from the colors, to guarantee the maximum safety for every
participant to our programmes, FUTURA imposes the following rules:

FUTURA will have to receive, before arrival and for each participant, a signed
declaration on their health status, mentioning eventual health issues (even
minors) and also 2 contact numbers in case of emergency;
FUTURA will have to receive a negative ANTIGENIC (of new generation) or
better yet MOLECULAR swab within the 24 hours before departure;
participants should be equipped with surgical masks (one per day at least),
FFP2 masks and portable hand sanitizer;
the house has to be attended EXCLUSIVELY by those who live in it;
it is PROHIBITED to organize or participate in private parties at own housing or
in other participants' apartments. Failure to obey to this rule, will result in a
pecuniary penalty;
participants can certainly socialize with other participants and locals by
attending public spaces, possibly and preferably in the open air;
whenever there will be a free population testing FUTURA will inform the
participants to go get tested, too. This will be a compulsory activity for
everyone's safety;

in case of malaise or fever, participants will have to immediately alert

FUTURA, which will organize a rapid antigenic swab (circa €10 at
participant's expenses) in order to immediately attest eventual contagion;
in case of contagion, FUTURA may take care of the whole emergency;
in case of contagion, medical assistance and all molecular swabs that will
be performed will be granted by our Local Sanitary System (ASL);
all extra costs caused by any contagion among the participants will be invoiced
to the sending organization. By extra costs we mean materials and medicines to
be purchased, sanitations, booking of any additional accommodation for
isolation purposes, additional administrative and management costs connected
to a possible host company change and production of new project
documentation, etc.

dispositions given to us by ASL (Local Sanitary Authority), which will be the
only one able to decide on periods of quarantine, eventual relocation of students
in other apartment for isolation purposes etc. Therefore, any decision related to
positive individuals or those who have been in contact with positive individuals
cannot be in any way questioned.

situation", FUTURA will only be in contact with either the coordinator of the
project or the school's spokesperson (coordinator, headmaster, teacher in
charge of official communications). Parents are forbidden to contact FUTURA
privately as it can become difficult for us to have to entertain individual
conversations with parents of every participant. In accordance with the
coordinating institution, we might organize a Skype meeting with the parents to
describe the situation and reply to any question or concern.
