Conclusion

In conclusion, our inventory management system is a straightforward desktop program that is

most appropriate for small businesses. Utilizing this inventory management, businesses may
choose which products to order when and in what amounts. Inventory is tracked as things are
bought and sold. Also, in order to guarantee that there is always adequate inventory to satisfy
client orders and that a shortage is properly announced, the system recognizes patterns and
adapts to them. It includes all the crucial components needed for a small business to effectively
utilize and keep track of the inventory levels in its stock along with the purchases and sales of
inventories. This system also includes an easy-to-use dashboard for tracking daily sales and
purchases. Furthermore, our team has created an application that allows us to update, insert, and
delete items as needed. Despite its limitations, we firmly believe that the implementation of this
system will unquestionably be advantageous to businesses.

Recommendations

As this is our first time making a system, an inventory management system, in particular,
we encountered certain limitations. We were unable to meet all of the expectations that we have
set due to a lack of expertise in some fields. We hope that it could be taken into consideration as
we find it reasonable. The following are some of the areas in the system that can be further
modified according to requirements.

 Detailed study of the system was not possible because of the knowledge constraint hence,
the absence of the application of purchase returns and allowances in the system.
 This system is not appropriate for organizations with a significant quantity of products.
 This software application can only produce basic visual representations of essential
inventory statistics and data.
