• Payment can be made online at the Open Campus Payment Gateway

• Payment can also be made at the Open Campus approved banks listed below.
- Print your Fee Assessment
- Take the printed fee assessment to one of the banks listed
- Make your payment to the appropriate account.
- Please include your UWI Student ID (320082153) in the remarks/memo/detail
section of the banks deposit/payment slip.

• Once you have paid, return to the Student Portal to complete Step 4 (Get Financial
Clearance) by uploading the customer copy of the payment slip as proof of payment

• If your fees will be paid by a scholarship, or through government assistance, please

proceed to Step 3 (Payment Details) to fill in details of your financing.

Payment Plan Agreement

I have requested a Payment Plan, checked the "I Agree to Pay" check box, and in so doing I
agree to pay The University of the West Indies, Open Campus the sum indicated on my
Banner Student's account. This amount represents the total tuition ONLY for the current
semester. I further agree to make payments as per the payment schedule on or before the
due dates provided below. I understand that evidence of the payment MUST be uploaded in
Step 4 of the Registration and Funding map by the due date(s) stated below.

I understand that failure to pay as per the agreed payment schedule and/or failure to
present evidence of payment by the due date(s) will constitute a breach of this Payment Plan
Agreement and I will be considered to be in default. I understand that in the event of a
default, the registration/academic record will remain and the following actions will be taken:

a. A financial hold will be placed on my student record;

b. I will be debarred from future registration in any course or programme of the
University until all debts are settled;
c. Examination results and results of other assessments will be withheld;
d. Access to academic and administrative services will be blocked;
e. Requests for transcripts, certificates and other records of status will be turned down;
f. Access to the University’s systems and facilities will be denied.
