This autoclave instruction manual outlines the steps for sterilization and drying processes. It must be used with distilled or demineralized water to avoid corrosion. The autoclave is a stainless steel pressure vessel that could explode if regular water is used due to mineral buildup. Proper cleaning is also required when sterilizing saline solutions.
