a) The speed below which 85% of the vehicles are travelling?
b) The probability the speeds exceeds 60 km/h
c) The probability that the speed lies between 50 and 70 km/h
d) An engineer collected 99 spot speed data from this site. Did he satisfy
the requirement if the limit of acceptable error is 1.4 km/h at 95%
confidence level.
