Summary:

Show the property selector dialog after an appointment is edited.

Preconditions:

[Pre-requisites]
1.- Setup a tenant with multi-properties.
2.- Import the IRET-Staging spreadsheet > https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/1/d/1zVvbV7NAGLWKjAgnYRJaF9N3BuKwUJYJRDauQ3B3EP0/edit#gid=1193663115
 

[Precondition]
1.- Have created party with property "Plaza", team "Minot Leasing" and First contact channel "Email".

2.- Have an appointment with the units added to the appointment, units tagged in the preferred tab of inventory panel and selected properties in property preferences.

#: Step actions: Expected Results:

1 Open party details page. The party details page shows up.

2 Go to Apppointments section.

The overflow menu should open with the following options:

1.- The Appointment Dialog should open with the following conditions:
 - List of participants with the Resident's name selected.
 - List of units selected.
 - Notes added.
4 Select "Edit Appointment".  - Date selected.
 - Time slot selected.
 - Current Leasing agent selected.
 - Unticked "This is a walk in tour".

- Show a dialog to the agent to pick the property where they’ll be meeting for an appointment by looking at the
property association in these 3 places - the units added to the appointment, units tagged in the preferred tab of
inventory panel and selected properties in property preferences.
8 Click Done button.
DONE - Submit the selection and dismiss the dialog. The appointment address in the email/SMS template should
be populated based on the leasing office address of the selected property.

- Dismiss the appointment dialog before displaying this property selection dialog.

Select a property (e.g Chateu -  1400

- Dismiss the property selector dialog and go back to the party details page.
10 Click Done button. - A confirmation email should be sent.
