 Introduction
… so you think that the development of consciousness isn’t a mass process but must take it’s way through the individual?
“Yes, that’s what I think. Of course it would be nice if one could “illuminate” all people at once, so to speak. But that doesn’t work. All
attempts of which I know failed. So the more effective way is to show the individual how to find his way to himself. This individual then can
help, if he so desires, to show this way to others. This is, by the way, a very positive variant of the so-called snowball-system.”
Yes, and not only how he can discover that he is an immortal spiritual being fulfilled with light, love, wisdom and power, but also to realize
that there are permanent attempts to deprive him of this realization. In fact, if he just expanded his consciousness and eventually
encountered the suppressors’ invisible wall, they could capture him again.
“Right, and therefore not only an expansion of consciousness is required, so he can recognize this invisible walls, but also the means to
defend himself against these forces.”
Exactly, because then not only will he know who he is, but also nobody can make a fool out of him in the future. Nobody will be able to
suppress him against his own will anymore. He won’t allow the media to lead him astray any longer, because he will immediately recognize
when someone tries to suppress his rights.
“Yes, and he has the personal power to defend himself against all attacks, no matter if they are mental or physical. Nobody can harm him
anymore. He is free.”
Free and full of love for life. A really valuable member of humanity.
“So be it.”
Nevertheless, I think it is important to find a way to help many people in the fastest way possible. Just remember the “hundredth-
monkey-effect”, when suddenly all monkeys of the same species on every island began to wash their potatoes. At first it was just one
monkey, and then its closer family members followed. Then, as time went by, more and more of the tribe located on the island were made
to wash the potatoes too. But suddenly over night the incredible happened: From this moment on, the whole tribe began to wash the
potatoes before eating them. And - on every island no matter how for off it was - all monkeys of the same species also followed this
procedure of washing and eating potatoes.
“Yes, this effect is well known to me. It could be connected with the morphogenetic field about which Rupert Sheldrake wrote.”
Right, and why should there be a hindrance for us to achieve the same with our Energywork?!
“So you intend to supply as much people as possible and also as fast as possible with this incredible technology, until the turning point is
reached and it will produce an overall change of consciousness.
Correct. If what is heard from the esoteric community is right, to achieve this, only 144,000 people who perform this Energywork for
themselves are necessary to cause a global change of consciousness. And what are 144,000 compared to the billions of people on our planet.
“A fascinating idea. And you think that a lot of people will go along?”
Of course. Who would not? Who wouldn’t be interested in this work? Who wouldn’t benefit from it? Somebody who is permanently ill
could restore his health with it. Someone who is striving for wealth, happiness and success would also hold the means to achieve this in his
hands. Someone who is searching for a fulfilling love could find it. Those who want to find their aim in life could hereby get it. Someone who
wants to unfold himself spiritually could do this also. Also those who want to improve their learning, who want to develop a better memory,
have more inner calmness and peace or self-confidence could benefit from it. Or think about an author who wants to improve his writing-style
or an actor who wants to get better at speaking. Just show me one who couldn’t benefit from this Energywork?
“Well, I can tell you some.”
Oh yeah, I’m really curious.
“Simply all those who can’t stand that people are free, independent, creative and happy.”
Right, those are the exception to the rule. But even those will do Energywork as soon as they recognize what they can achieve for
themselves by doing so. But there is one thing they can’t accomplish - namely to suppress people. Because everybody, absolutely everybody,
is protected through Energywork against such malicious attempts of psychopaths, who think that the world must be held under total control.
“Alright, you know it and I know it and also a few others who have started with it. But how can we gather the remaining 144,000 as fast
as possible ?”
Luckily, Energywork increases the intuition enormously. I’ve got the solution. We’re going to write a book.
“A book? Yes, that makes sense. Everybody can read it for himself. Nobody has to travel to us whether from near or far. Nobody needs a
lot of money to acquire the know-how.”
And nobody can prevent people from making progress with Energywork, from liberating themselves and making their boldest dreams
come true. Because - they won’t need us. They can do it by themselves. No matter which religion, which race, which philosophy.
Everybody can do it!!!

This book is dangerous!
Dangerous for all those who would rather see you not reading this book. For all those whose major intend it is to suppress and to
manipulate you to your disadvantage. For all those whose live-work seems to be to degrade their fellows to stupid, obedient and trained
sheep.
Whether they are politicians, economists or scientists and their lackeys; they all, in spite of knowing it better, deteriorate life on this earth
in order to blame their obedient sheep afterwards.
Authorities who try to convince us that there is an over-population which should be decimated - although every starving person in this
world is kept starving on purpose. And this although technologies exist to nourish well a population which could easily double. Technologies
with which we could forgo fossil and nuclear energy and with which we could fertilize whole deserts and much more.
But what is the reason for the attempt to decimate the world population, then? That is very simple, it is
Control!
The less people exist, the better the control mechanisms can work.
Also they are trying to persuade us that we should save energy and use our automobiles less in order to spare our environment.
Nevertheless, there have been engines, for decades now, which do not need any fuel at all. Engines which are supplied directly from the
energy field of earth. The inventor Nicolai Tesla wasn’t the only one and also not the last one to know about this and to build such engines.
Even today, in 1995, there are several persons at work to develop this technology again.
But our potentates are against that. Our representatives, who have committed themselves to act for our benefit and who, in fact, do the
exact opposite.
Why? Wouldn’t it be to our all advantage if we had vehicles not running on limited energy supplies? Which would move floating and
silently? How many people were injured by our current means of transportation in 1994, and how many animals were killed by them? How
many vegetables which were cultivated beside roads are polluted with environmental toxins? How much land was covered with concrete?
Why all this?
Once again, it is about
Control!
Because:
The freer a person is, the less she is controllable!
Then she will no longer be obedient, won’t say “Yes” to everything, won’t believe all tales which are supposed to persuade her why she
is in such a bad condition.
She also won’t believe any longer that there is no alternative to that which is presented to us by our “leaders”.
That is why this book is so dangerous.
But also for you!
Because if you read and apply it your life will change dramatically. You will become more aware, more conscious and more alive. You
will become aware of who you really are. Through the applications in this book your
self-determination and freedom of choice
will increase incredibly.
You won’t be able to be a controllable, stupid sheep any longer. You won’t be satisfied with what will be presented to you either directly
by your politicians or indirectly through the almost totally controlled world of media.
You won’t be able to play the life of a rat in a cage any longer!
A behaviourist once enthusiastically described an experiment, which he had performed with a rat in a cage, to a colleague: “You
know, I have brought it to the point that it runs out of its nest to a small water basin as soon as the alarm clock rings. There it washes
itself and after that runs to a red button. After pushing it, there is a small piece of cheese falling of a declining plate. After eating it, it
rapidly runs up the plate into a small plastic tub. When the rat is in it, the tub moves a little bit to the right to another declining plate.
Then the rat gets out of the tub and runs down into a sand-box. The rat stays in it until a bell rings. Then it returns to the tub, is
transported back, runs down the first plate again and pushes a blue button now. Following that, it receives three pieces of cheese, eats
them and returns to its nest absolutely satisfied. I’ve only needed four weeks for this training. Isn’t it fantastic what can be done with
rats?!”
The eyes of his colleague were empty, his face went pale: “I think I feel sick,” was his only response.
Already in the last century one of the so-called “Potentates” described what it is they are most afraid of. It is
a person with a clear mind!
It was and it still is the greatest danger for them!
Therefore, if you have any doubt about that and if you like your life the way it is, don’t go on reading.
But if you want more self-determination and more freedom of choice, if you want to change your life into that which you always have
been dreaming of and if you want to eventually take your life into your own hands, then, with this book, you are holding in hand the
possibility for a future of which you may not have even dared to dream of.
 Guidance
This book is not for reading.
This may sound a little unusual, but I want to avoid any misunderstandings before they appear.
This book is for working!
As shown by the title.
For the work with energy!
It’s a book to increase the own awareness in order to expand the own consciousness. It’s a book through which you can claim your
inalienable rights as a spiritual being.
You don’t know these right’s yet? Well actually you do, maybe you have just forgotten them, perhaps even a long long time ago. Here
are your rights again which are far superior to any human and political constitution:
Every being has the right to his own sanity and self-determination and the right to freedom of choice!
Consider all actions in the future under this point of view concerning your two rights; when once again a politician is telling you you had no
alternative, or an economist is telling you that things are the way they are and nothing could be changed, or a clergyman is demanding
absolute faith from you since he claims that he is the only one who possesses the truth and who is able to give you bliss.
Discern immediately any form of suppression by the manner in which your rights are being treated.
I’ve written this book:
To enable you to do this better and faster.
So that you don’t have to spent much money to expand your consciousness quickly, but to
enable you to do it all by yourself.
To give you the opportunity to free yourself from any suppression, even if you are all alone.
To enable you to experience that you are a spiritual being and not a body made from flesh
and blood.
Yes, you are a
pure and immortal consciousness!

at your core you are GOOD!!!!!
No matter how many religions, politicians, psychologists try to persuade you that it is otherwise. You are no lousy sinner, no stupid sheep
and no rat in a cage.
No!!!
You are a radiating spiritual being, fulfilled with love, light, wisdom and power!
But there was a time when you listened to another. At this time you gave up your love, your wisdom and your power. You stopped
radiating then. Yes, there was a time when you wounded your integrity.
But that is over now!!!
This is a book for working. For working with energy. For working with consciousness-energy.
This Energywork will liberate you from all negative influences. It will help you to get to your divine and brilliant core.
It will free you from all chains which were put around you.
It will make you free, independent, detached, and it will show you how incredibly glorious your world can be. So brilliant, fulfilling and full
of happiness like you may never have dared to dream.
That is why this is not a book to read but a book to work with.
 Theory And Practice
The first half of this book contains a lot of theory about spiritual phenomena, about the structure of universes and things, about
strategies to achieve something, to manifest something and so forth. But nevertheless, all those presented basics and models are by no
means necessary to change one’s own life successfully.
If the theory for some reason should appear to be too complicated to you, you can, without hesitation, go on to the chapter “How to
Apply Sounds?” and instantly start with the Energywork.
The theory enables you to gain a greater understanding about spiritual connections which may have been unimaginable for you up to
now. Possibly they are just confirmations to your own collected data concerning life and its spiritual structures.
At any rate, due to these theoretical basics, your reality about working with energies will expand, which of course will always be to your
advantage. The more reality you have concerning a thing, the easier you can handle it.
But let me point out again, that even without any theory you will have magnificent success with Energywork.
 Don’t Leave Out Any Word
In order for you to benefit most from this book, I want to point out a very important subject.
Perhaps there has been a time when you were reading something and felt tired and tensed or got a headache and nausea after a while.
“I know that situation: it sometimes happens that I’ve read a page and then I am amazed that I don’t know what I’ve just read.”
Yes, perhaps you started a book once and suddenly didn’t feel like continuing it and filed it under “pending” and forgot about it.
Well, the reason for these phenomena is the omission of a word that hasn’t been clearly understood.
This doesn’t have to be a foreign word since those words often catch your eye and are noticed immediately. No, possibly you only were
lacking one of several word significances, and due to this the misunderstanding and the corresponding phenomena were produced.
Therefore I’m giving you this advice right at the beginning to assure that you’ll have the greatest benefit from this book.
If one of the above phenomena appears, stop reading, look for the misunderstood word and clear it up.
Then this book will be interesting and easy to read from beginning to end.
Then you will receive what I want to give you through this book.
 No Prejudice - No Believe

Believing isn’t knowing but is being convinced of something you have heard or that was told to you by a person or
authority who you trust.
Certainty is knowledge resulting from personal observation!
How many people pretend to know all about anything and proclaim their “knowledge” overbearingly? Most of them fall under the category
“critics”.
For example art critics, who haven’t produced a clear sound in their entire life, who can’t distinguish a musical note from the bar code on a
can, who have failed in literature while being in school or who denote pictures “produced” from the tail of a horse as valuable art. Even in
economy, in philosophy, in spiritual subjects and many other domains they can be met. Those who make others call them the “popes” of art,
economy, of spirit and before whom real creativity often trembles. Basically, there are as many critics as there are subjects to criticize. But
what is it that characterizes such personality structures? What do they often have in common? Well, they intend to
destroy any creativity!
I personally do not know of any critic who dissuaded me from something and who at the same time offered me something better. No,
everytime everything was doubted, put down, substantiated as impossible. The typical example of an intellectual dud who tries to hide his
inability behind rational verbalizations.
What does that have to do with this book?
Very simple. Should someone of your friends find it necessary to explain to you why everything in this book can’t be true and why the
Energywork can’t work, then you are facing such a “critic” even though he can’t spread his “wisdom” through newspapers.
But if you intend to let him wheedle you into thinking so, then you better not continue reading.
And please don’t write to me about your doubts which were implanted into you.
If you apply the exercises in this book regularly and persistently, your life will change to an unimaginable extent.
So only the sincere, honest and persistent Energywork can offer you the evidence that all of this works.
Any doubt paralyses your doing, prevents you from freeing yourself from any suppression and from becoming a self-determined being.
Only by exercising persistently, you will receive the certainty about the unbelievable potential which is contained in this book. Because:
Certainty doesn’t require any believe or conviction!
Certainty is knowledge with experience!
The inner feeling produced through certainty can’t be overruled, because certainty knows!
Now my request to you:
Work with this book!!!
Be open to everything, do not simply reject something only because it seems incredible to you, and - don’t believe anything you read.
Test it, find out how your life changes through the daily Energywork. Then you will be able to say at the end of this book:
“I know this information is true, because I have achieved certainty regarding it!
 Creation
The cycle of any creation consists of:
Intention - Imagination - Emotion - Do - Have
This cycle is valid for the 3rd density, in which we still live (Dec.1994). So in order to manifest something, we have to create the intention
to have something:
Intention: “I want an apple.”
This is succeeded by the second step. Here, we now create the image of that which we want to have:
Imagination: The picture of an apple in my hands.
The third step is to place a strong and positive emotion into this mental image, at least joyfulness if not even enthusiasm.
Emotion: Connecting the picture with a positive emotion.
As the fourth step the doing starts. I go into a supermarket and get me an apple, or I earn money to be able to buy an apple, or I plant
an apple-tree in order to get apples from it (although a little later).
According to the mental image and the connected emotion, “situations” will arise now which will work towards the mentally and
emotionally created goal. So doing is actually determined by the mental image and the emotion. The stronger the emotion, the stronger is
the drive to its realization and the stronger is the drive to do something.
Do: Acting according to the inner drive and the arising situations.
Difficulties
The more clear the mental image is, the more precise the situations will be which arise and lead one to act in the direction through which
the aspired goal will be reached. Here some difficulties could possibly appear through which we can hinder ourselves from achieving all that
which we want to have:
The Intention
The intention is the starting point of our strategy of creativity. If one begins with it in an incorrect manner, the strategy will be impeded
already in the beginning, and any realization will be nipped in the bud. What is intention now? To express it banally:
Intention is the will to do something!
If one has the intention to do something, one will do it, since one has the intention to do it. Just saying that one will do this or that isn’t
automatically the intention to really do it. There is no future intention to that. So the action first takes place when the intention exists to do
it. It is the starting-signal for the strategy of creativity, so to speak. Hence, the term “unclear intention” is incorrect, since there is either an
intention or there isn’t. Of course several intentions can stand in each others way and thereby hinder one another. From this circumstance
the term of “unclear intention” possibly arose, and I will use it in this way for the rule:
Have a clear intention for your goal!
or
Just strive for one goal at a time!
At least until one is able to determine that the own goals aren’t mutually exclusive.
The Mental Image
If I simply imagine that I obtain an apple, no matter which, I won’t have any difficulties with it. But if I want a “Granny-Argentinia”, the
world around me must change a lot more to bring about the appropriate situation to let me achieve my goal. It is the same situation when
desiring just a vehicle or a redFerrari sprinkled with gold dust. The more extravagant my wishes are, the more profound the changes must be.
Therefore:
The mental image should be fundamental and clear!
“Fundamental” means “the purpose which I actually want to achieve with my goal”. Why do I want a car? If the actual motivation is
flexibility, it would be more appropriate to build up a mental image in which I have the greatest possible flexibility at my disposition. Whether
this includes a car, a taxi, a plane and so forth, is less relevant. But on the other hand, if I want a Ferrari to impress certain people and to get
their appreciation, the purpose possibly is to compensate for a lack of self-confidence and self-appreciation. Here it isn’t about flexibility but
about integrity, about the acceptance of the own person and the own lovable being. Hence, the more appropriate image would be a picture
of self in which one appreciates and respects oneself and thereby is respected and loved by others in the same way.
If I therefore try to discern the fundamental motive of my wishes and build this into my mental image, the realization of my intention will
accelerate. Hence:
Find out the fundamental motive of your goal!
OK, and after that, the mental image should be build up as clearly as possible. Now if I imagine an apple in the shape of a banana, I will
probably encounter some difficulties until the world around me has changed enough to produce banana-shaped apples. If I nevertheless stick
to my mental picture persistently, the realization will move in that direction; but how many means and which effort is needed. Therefore:
Build up a clear image of your goal!
I was working in multi-level-marketing once, and I had the goal of getting “successful” and of climbing all steps of the ladder of success. I
set up intermediate objectives for myself: a great house or rather a great villa, an expensive car, luxurious vacations and so forth. Simply all
status symbols. The car was a Mercedes 500SL Coupé, a brown sports car. A picture of this car hung on the wall of my former work-place so
that I could see my “dream” all day long. When I had time, I always imagined that I glided over the paint with my fingers. At times I
managed to do this so well that I could really feel the paint. At those times, my enthusiasm, meaning my emotion which was contained in
this wish, was even greater. There was only a little drawback which I wasn’t aware of at that time: What did this car have to do with the
success of my business? Nothing! Nothing at all. I created a clear image of this car and placed great enthusiasm into it, and, under all
conditions, I wanted to earn this dream-car with my business. Well, that simply didn’t work, because I dictated the world, which had to
fulfil my wishes, the way in which it had to do this. But this business wasn’t capable of doing that. It didn’t have the potential at all. Since my
goal was clear and strongly emotionally charged, I continuously had ideas how to earn the money for such a vehicle. But those ideas lay
outside the limits of my business and were therefore abandoned. So none of my goals realized. I imagined the car as motivation for the
building up of my business instead of a clear mental image of a successful businessman in multi-level-marketing. Here the formula for realization
got effective. It says:
If intention and imagination are standing opposite to each other, the imagination will always win without exception!
The intention was to be a successful multi-level-marketing businessman; the image was to have a nice, big car. Since the image wanted to
prevail, I found myself in situations which were counter-productive to my intention. Therefore I rejected them. Eventually, I neither realized
my intention nor my imaginative image.
At that time, the same happened to a colleague. He set up a very high income objective for himself. Immediately his thoughts began to
turn away from multi-level-marketing, which scared him, since these thoughts and ideas weren’t “useful” to him in order to be successful in
his business. Here intention and imagination were opposing each other too.
One important item may not be forgotten:
My goal always has to be connected with me!
A goal, as beautiful and desirable as it may be, in which I don’t see myself,
is and always will be disconnected from me.
But if I see myself in this mental picture, holding my goal in “hands”, sitting in my car driving, lying on a Caribbean beach and so forth, the
alignment of the force of realization is programmed and leads directly to that.
Another difficulty in realizing one’s goal is embedded in the next step of the strategy of creativity. It is:
The Emotion
What’s so special about emotion? Well:
Emotion is the actual force driving us to the realization of our goals!
If that isn’t considered, there will consequently be possibilities hindering us from achieving our goals.
The emotion is to weak
Since emotion forms the driving energy, so to speak, the drive to do something is dependent on the amount of emotional intensity. If I
want to have something and I’m enthusiastic about it, I will continuously think about how I can get it and how it will be when I am going to
hold it in hands. But if I don’t care whether I’ll get it or not, there also won’t be a strong drive to overcome smaller or greater hindrances. If I
don’t manage to place great enough emotion into my mental image, my strategy of creativity will be weakened or even interrupted and the
realization of my goal is at least jeopardized, if not impossible. Another item of possible failure through emotion would be:
The emotion is inappropriate
On one hand, I imagine a beautiful picture in which all details are elaborated and on the other hand, I induce doubt. Maybe also hesitation
and disbelieve; feelings, which are contrary to my mental image and thereby prevent it. Because:
Doubt paralyzes the force necessary for realization!
The same thing with disbelieve, listlessness, apathy and so forth. Here the formula for realization gets effective again. It says:
If imagination and emotion are standing opposite to each other, the emotion will always win without exception!
If I have a great mental image and a hindering emotion, my intention won’t realize, since my intention and image are congruent, but the
emotion breaks the strategy of creativity.
Now there also is the special case, that a negative image connects with a negative emotion. Because image and emotion are of the same
nature, the image will of course realize through the emotion. So if I feel great fear, which is strong emotion or realization-force, that this and
that will happen, it will happen, simply because of the laws of the strategy of creativity. Therefore:
Always and exclusively imagine pictures you want to realize!
OK, hereby emotions for our purpose are dealt with, and the rule for their utilization is:
The emotion should be strong and positive!
The next possible hurdle within our strategy of creativity lies in doing.
The Doing
What can be done wrong here? Very simple: you can do and do and do and do and - always do the wrong thing. You can try to put
effort in this doing. With “effort” is not meant to carry a sack of cement up to the second floor of a bare brickwork. No, with “effort” the
attempt to speed up the realization is meant, since it is seemingly going on too slowly, according to the own rational thoughts. But the
realization never “goes on” too slowly. If all changes necessary for the realization of the desired goal have been completed, it will be there.
The greater the changes are, the longer it will take. Whereas I don’t want to say that this “taking longer” must be seen under the aspect of
time, because time is an illusion. If I think that I have to help out the forces of realization, I’m making a big mistake. For the realization-forces
consider all factors in order to keep our common world in harmony, even if that may appear otherwise to us. We can’t do that with our
rational consciousness. It is simply incapable of doing that, is absolutely overcharged by it and was never constructed for this purpose.
“Correct doing” simply means that one reacts to new situations which lead into the direction of the desired goal.
If events appear through which one would suffer from a loss and these nevertheless would match the new situation, it would rather be
appropriate to let go of something which probably stands in one’s way. Because, due to the new goal, we have wanted it that way.
Whether our doing is right or wrong, can be determined by only one person - ourself. This decision is not always made rationally by us, with
our “little” consciousness, so to speak, but by our intuition, by our Higher Self, with which we are inseparably connected. The communication
with our Higher Self doesn’t take place through words but - through emotion. Inside ourselves we feel whether a thing is right or wrong. By
practicing to listen to our intuition, we more and more learn to allow ourselves to be guided by it. I want to point out again that our Higher
Self is nobody else than we ourselves, but it possesses a much broader consciousness than our daily awareness. Perhaps one could describe
the Higher Self as our actual being and our daily awareness as our personality. If we correspondingly allow ourselves to be guided by our
Higher Self, we “do” without effort and achieve our desired goal most easily. So:
The right doing reacts to the appearing situations and allows itself to be guided by intuition!
This does by no means mean that our rational mind is useless and worthless. Intuition and rational thinking work together and
complement each other as required.
Herewith, the strategy of creativity is dealt with sufficiently as far as it applies to the third density. Again: The cycle of any creation
consists of:
Intention - Imagination - Emotion - Do – Have
 Fourth Density Creating
Since the “Harmonic Convergence”, which took place in1987, the fourth density has connected itself closer to the third. What kind of
changes will result from this for our strategy of creativity? Since the fourth density is analogously connected with emotion, emotion is now
the last step in the strategy of creativity, before Have.
The new cycle consists of:
Intention - Imagination - Emotion - Have
Everything described before stays valid. Only the step of doing falls away. The more each single consciousness develops into the fourth
density, the more it will eventually create by emotion as the last step. Clear intend, clear imagination and clear emotion will achieve the goal.
A friend of mine wanted to have apples and postulated it, with which the application of the strategy of creativity is meant. A short time
after that, his father called and told him that they could get some cheap apples from a farmer. Well, at this point he thought that he didn’t
want to pay anything for the apples. A short time after that, his father called again and told him that the appointment with the farmer was
canceled. Then a friend called and asked if he needed apples. She had a tree full of apples in her garden, she said. They were free of charge.
He just had to pick them from the tree.
Here, there was still “doing” present.
Another friend of mine had forgotten her breakfast-box on the way to school. Suddenly, as she noticed it and wished she had taken an
apple with her, she past an elderly lady and greeted her as she usually does with all her fellows. Suddenly, this elderly lady, who was
unknown to her, reached into her bag and put something into my friend’s hand. It was an apple. On the same day, she didn’t have her car
with her and was a little exhausted after school, when a car stopped beside her, again with an unknown woman inside, who offered to drive
her home.
Here, there wasn’t doing any longer. This is creating within the fourth density.
Fifth Density Creating
In the course of evolution in which earth is situated, its vibrational rate will increase more and more and faster and faster so that it will
move into the fifth density - in which physicality won’t exist anymore - with all beings on it. There, the strategy of creativity will be shortened
again. The emotionality as a step of creation will fall away .
The cycle will then consist of:
Intention - Imagination - Have
Only the clear intention and the clear mental image is necessary to create. Sai Baba, a spiritual master from India, who is known for his
ability to materialize, explained that he simply imagines what he wants to have and it promptly is in his hand. A fifth density strategy of
creativity, if there wasn’t the physical manifestation which is realized by the fourth density step, the emotion.
I don’t want to go any further, since the fifth density strategy of creativity can appear to be very incredible, and since it isn’t possible on
the physical plane, contrary to the fourth density strategy of creativity. Nevertheless, in our own universe we apply the fifth density strategy
of creativity permanently. The creation through emotions, however, can be recognized by anybody in his own life if he only pays attention
to consciously using this ability. It is not that we wouldn’t apply these strategies only because they are unknown to us. No, we rather apply
them without control; and through this fast creating we get confused, since our intentions, images and feelings are everything except clear.
By understanding these strategies of creativity, we can, on the other hand, realize how we create “heaven” and “hell” in our own world
faster and faster and more obviously. If we manage to get past the initial stumbling steps and if we make the effort to align our intentions,
thoughts and emotions clearly, our life will rapidly move in a direction corresponding to our own clarity.
 Energy Conditions
Energy is produced by:
two particles having a certain distance to each other in space and then

changing their position to each other continuously, from which ensues that energy contains
time, which has alteration as its form of appearance.

The higher the velocity with which the change in position of the two particles takes place, the
greater the energy potential.
The change in position happens through one particle or both.

Basically any form of energy can be subdivided into three conditions:

1- flowing
2- solid
3- dispersing
The dispersing form of energy actually is a particular form of the flowing and solid energy. In order to be able to differentiate more clearly,
I nevertheless take this form as a separate energy condition.
These three basic conditions are capable of explaining all structural phenomena of existence. The components of being are:
Life or the Source
Time
Space
Energy
Matter
Matter itself is energy in different density conditions. The subdivision in energy and matter is ambivalent, because:
On one hand, life produces energy out of itself as source, on the other hand, matter consists of this produced energy!
Therefore, matter represents a particular form of energy in which different energy conditions have combined and solidified.
Only life can create time and simultaneously is beyond time!
Because:
Time is a postulate of life that things which are created by it will persist!
Hence:
If life removes the factor time from a manifestation, the same will vanish!
The next step is:
Life creates a space in order to fill it with energy!
 From this energy all manifestations of life, called matter, are formed!
This space is also called playing-field.
Consequently, nothing in this universe can persist without its source, without its creator who provides time, space and energy for its
continuation. Nothing was created and simply continues to exist, because:
All that exists is permanently created anew any moment!
This is expressed by the cycle of any manifestation, which is:
Create - Create,Create,Create - Stop Creating
Beginning - Continuation - End
All material forms can be explained through these energy conditions, even abstract things like feelings, relationships and so forth.
Nevertheless, it always has to be considered that behind this a constant source must exist that maintains any manifestation.
The Energy-flow
The flow is created at its source and after that moves in the direction determined by its vector.

There is a beginning of the flow but no actual end.

If the source continues to produce the flow persistently and if this flow isn’t hindered by anything, it will begin to change its direction at a
certain point in time and will return to its point of origin. This phenomenon can be considered as a time-space-energy-phenomenon.

The flow’s velocity determines when it will reach its turning-point in space and flow back.
In the same way, the turning-point is determined by the dimension of this space.
The flow’s energy is dependent on its velocity or vibrational rate.
If the space is fixed, the lemniscate (lemniscate: a “lying eight”, see the picture above) will spread
over the whole space.
If the space is variable, the collision of the energy-vector with the borders of the space causes an
expansion of the space’s dimensions.
Both forms of space conditions are possible, also any mixture of the two.
The outflow of energy from the source reverses to an inflow. A lemniscate is created, “brandishing in the air” more and more. So:
The simple production of outflowing energy creates a more and more increasing effect of inflowing energy and a renewed
outflow!
The proverb “giving is more blessed (or is more profitable) than taking” can hereby be explained technically, since giving, meaning an
outflow of own energy, leads to receiving, meaning an inflow of universal energy. From this the question arises, where the multiplied
inflowing energy actually comes from. The answer leads to the most basic subjects of whole creation, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be
discussed here in order to describe this time-space-energy-phenomenon.
The inversion of this phenomenon is possible also:
Withholding energy will result in the loss of the same!
If someone, for example, stores money under his mattress to keep it for bad times, he withholds the flow of energy. Like a stone lying in
a river bed and resisting the current. Thereby an uneven current is produced and the current itself tries to defeat this resistance, in this
example the stone. In this case, the greatest force exists exactly behind the stone and tries to wash out the ground below it in order to
eventually bury it. If this is successful, the current can continue to flow evenly again. Money, being a symbol for energy, underlies the same
laws.
Possibly we have a games condition here between life as source and its creation the physical universe:
Life gives energy to the universe.
 Following that, the universe returns energy with additional, multiplied energy.
Now life ceases to give any energy.
Following that, the universe reaches for and confiscates the energy, through which a real lack
on the side of life is produced whereat this lack previously had only been mentally.
But if life gives energy permanently, it continuously gets back energy.
As verbal theater performance the game could take place like this:
L - Life U - Universe
L: “Play with me!” U: “Okay.”
L: “Great, here take something of this!” U: “Thanks, here is something back.”
… …
L: “I don’t want to continue.” U: “Okay, then give me back my stuff.”
According to the lemniscate model, the inflowing energy can be utilized to produce a permanently increasing outflow. This means that
the energy provided by the source does not need to increase. It can remain constant or can possibly be ceased totally at a certain point,
since the magnitude of the inflow can be utilized to generate a constantly growing outflow. This principle is applied in Judo, where the
defender uses the aggressors inflowing energy to generate an effect through which an outflow of energy is created again. In doing so, he
deflects the incoming force without having to use much of his own energy.
It is not completely obvious, if the same amount of originally outflowing energy produces the same amount of inflowing energy. From my
personal contemplation of the lemniscate, it is obvious that the persistent outflow, after passing the turning-point, returns to the source with
constantly increasing speed. This phenomenon corresponds approximately to the periodical oscillation of a pendulum. At the turning-point the
speed decreases before becoming increasingly faster while approaching the point of origin. There, the motion experiences a little energetic
push from the source in order to be able to flow out even more distantly, to turn around and to “speed back” even more energetically and
with more velocity.
The magnitude of the inflow is thereby becoming so strong that the attempt to stop this inflow would eventually lead to the distruction
of the “impeder”.
If the energy-lemniscate reaches a certain magnitude, it can’t be stopped not even through the self-destruction of the source. Then, the
dissolution of the lemniscate is only possible by not providing it with further energy. Through that it will run out slowly.
If one tries to interest a person for oneself, even though that person isn’t willing to get interested at the beginning, one generates a
great outflowing energy. If one has achieved his goal and the person is very interested in oneself now, but one changes one’s mind and
wants to be alone again, the inflowing urge of this particular person is still there. Of course it will run out, but the inflowing energy is now felt
as unpleasant and possibly meets with resistance, through which the running out is slowed down.
This phenomenon also concerns the view of Karma:
All you do will come back to you!
No evaluation or judgment is contained in this. It simply is an energy phenomenon of this universe, whereat not only the physical part is
meant but also the higher vibrational planes which are called emotional, mental or causal.
If I now take up this consideration, that all which is outflowed by me will return, valuable possibilities for the formation of my life arise.
All effects which I experience as inflowing energy must have been created by me previously!
Even if I no longer produce this energy on the causal level, in the physical universe it still takes the factor time until every energy particle
eventually returns, runs out and until its effect is experienced by me. This would mean that:
The duration of being effect depends on the length of the backflow or the running out of the lemniscate!
This “being effect” can now be strengthened by me through opposing this inflow and trying to stop it. Like a person on the beach,
offering resistance to an incoming wave. Even a relatively small wave will sweep her from her feet. Bigger ones will even injure her.
But if I accept this inflow and thereby experience its effect, it will carry me gently and with the least fraction.
Accepting is possibly the optimum relation between predictable and unpredictable situations in order to experience an effect in the
universe.
Hence, seemingly detrimental effects lose their impact quickest if one lets them run out.
Even if there is possible objection to this principle, it appears in Buddhism as well as in Christianity. It is the
Don’t offer resistance!
This should not be mistaken for apathy or fatalism. For the cognition and understanding of this “don’t offer resistance”, the awareness
that everyone is the creator of his own world is required.
Several rules can be derived from this:
The effects you encounter in life were caused by yourself!
If they don’t appear desirable to you,
- don’t oppose them, since this increases the effect;
- look if you are outflowing a similar energy and end the flow to allow the
unpleasant energy to run out.
This happens through:
- alteration of the own thoughts, which on the other hand change the behavior, and
- by finding the postulate which creates this effect.
If they appear desirable to you,
- let the effect flow in and support it with your thoughts and actions;
- do not stop or hold it back, since it otherwise will transform into a destructive force (the accumulation of inflowing wealth leads
to misfortune).
Don’t stand in the way of anything flowing, because fraction, pain and loss will arise from
such behavior, since the universe is dynamic.
Use the flow-vector in order to achieve your goals (like a surfer utilizes the wave, the water
and the wind).
If you want to experience an effect, produce a permanent flow outward until the effect
returns to you.
Be aware that you are the starting-point and the receiving-point of your energy-flows.
There is no guilt - just outflowing and inflowing energy.
You are the only cause in your universe.
If all outflowing energy returns to its source, hence, this source can leave its position in
 space only temporarily. It must come back at some time to take back its creations, to take them in, which is equal to a
dissolution.
The dissolution of a creation dissolves it but possibly not the energy which had been
produced for its creation. The energy either flows back to the source, which is reintegration, or remains within the
universe for further use.
Solid Energy
The solid energy can be regarded as a conglomerated energy-charge.
It is created
when at least two energy-flows collide

or when their paths intersect.

The impact-energy doesn’t have an own source that creates it. Hence, it also hasn’t got any duration by itself but is created, nourished
and maintained by the encountering energy-flows. Accordingly, the impact-energy ceases to exist as soon as one energy-flow ceases to
exist.

Or, when the energy-flows do not intersect any longer and thereby their energies no longer collide.

So:
The existence of an impact energy depends on two sources bringing their energy-flows to a mutual point of intersection
and maintaining these!
This rule contains the basis of any manifestation in the physical universe. It is the basis of any existence, pretending a static condition in a
dynamic universe.
This can be seen vividly in 3-D-effects through laser-light (holograms) or through 3-D-glasses, which simulate spaciousness.
The vibrations of the physical universe are so fast that it appears solid to us. But if I alter my consciousness so that it approximates this
vibrational rate, I suddenly notice a slow wave with which everything being solid vibrates, no matter if it is a “stable” concrete wall, a closet or
something else. This wave either is the sum of all particles in this solidified energy-form or is superior to it and is determining its shape or like
so often - both at the same time.
The cycle of creation is confirmed again:
Create - the intersection of two energy-flows
Create, create, create - the maintenance of the energy-flows
Stop creating - ceasing the intersection of the energy-flows
All manifestations possibly result from the number and kind of the intersecting energy-flows!
How do I create now, if I don’t have an opposite with which I can cross my energy-flow?
Through creating with a postulate, constituting the second source. Postulates are, like the
spiritual being, beyond time and space. They are no energy-manifestations but creative thought-forces.
 This happens in order to have the presupposition for creating an impact-energy.

Or by utilizing the energy-filled universe as a point of intersection.

Both kinds of generating a creation through impact-energy are possible.

The creation of an impact-energy, its continuation and dissolution can be demonstrated very vividly through the example of a present
time problem.
A problem consists of an intention (energy-flow A) and a counter-intention (energy-flow B).
“Should I buy this or that?”, “…do this or that?”, “…choose this or that?”, are the questions appearing when dealing with problems.

This problem exists until either the intention or the counter-intention grows bigger or one falls away when a clear decision is made.
If an energy-flow simply grows bigger, the impact-energy is actually no longer existent but still has the effect of a pebble-stone in a river
bed, creating turbulences.

From this can be derived that all undesired conditions consist of impact-energies which are constituted of at least two energy-flows. The
cycle of manifestation shows us how to create them but also how to dissolve them.
The question I can ask myself is:
“What am I ‘doing’ to maintain (energy-flow) this condition (impact-energy)?”
Here is the basic strategy of solution:
Finding all energy-flows creating the impact-energy.
Correction of these energy-flows in order to change the manifestation of the impact-energy
into a desired condition.
Or annihilation of the energy-flows in order to dissolve the impact-energy.
Dispersing Energy
The dispersing energy is a particular form of energy where several energyflows either emanate from a source or flow towards a point in
space.

Both kinds are present at the creation of an impact-energy:

Two or more energy-flows flow towards a point in space and collide with each other in it. This point in space becomes the source for
outward-moving energy-flows.

Notice the difference between a real source which creates out of itself and an impact-energy functioning as pseudosource which
“produces” an energy-flow only as long as energy-flows are provided by the true sources.
The non-discernment of this significant difference leads to real disappointments in life as soon as someone is considered the source of a
certain thing and really isn’t. Especially affected by this is the master/apprentice relationship in which the apprentice assumes that the master
himself knows how the apprentice can achieve something, without letting the master demonstrate this practically, without letting him give
any evidence for his mastery. In many societies this behavior has grown to a neurosis known as “believe in authority”.
A very dynamic manifestation of such a dispersing energy-form is the sun.
Possibly it is nourished from its center and carries the source of energy in its core, or it is persistently supplied with energy-flows - or both.
In any case, it radiates its energy dispersingly.
From the previously discussed material the following rule can be derived:
Any impact-energy creates a dispersing energy-manifestation!
As well as the following:
A dispersing energy-manifestation, as well as an individual energy-flow, can be directly created from a single source!
So much for the three energy-conditions: flowing, solid and dispersing.
 Vibration
From the cycle of manifestation:
Intention - Imagination - Emotion - (Do) - Have
and the different energy conditions, several possibilities of application can be derived. One is the application of vibrations. Vibrations, not
only existing within our physical universe but also existing and being effective on much more subtle levels of existence.

The following is a model of the constitution of and the relation between these density planes . This is only meant to be a model serving
the purpose of demonstration in order to approach the application of vibrations with more reality and thereby more effectiveness, later on.
This model does not at all claim to be correct or complete. Important is the benefit for the user arising from it. So:
The model isn’t the reality!
1.-3. Plane: the physical universe
As the lowest plane three degrees of density are combined which together form the physical universe, with its structure of time, space,
energy and matter. These three phases of density also concern different planes of consciousness. From esoterics these three planes are
known as the mineral, plant and animal kingdom.
4. Plane: the emotional universe
The fourth plane is known as the emotional plane, the vibrational band of feelings, also known as astral world.
5. Plane: the mental universe
The fifth plane is the realm of thought manifestations, of the intellect, the mind, the reason, the imagination.
6. Plane: the causal universe
The sixth and for this model last plane, is the realm of cause, of intentions, of primordial models, which are eventually manifested in the
physical universe.
Once again I want to emphasize that several different models about the structure of existence in all its facets exist and that they are all
useful and serviceable. In the same way, this specific model serves a certain purpose namely the work with vibrational energy and a better
understanding of how to use this energy.
Those who seek the one and only irrefutable truth will possibly have to go a long, laborious and painful way until they eventually maybe
realize what truth is, namely:
Truth is a postulate!
Truth is that which has been created!
If we trace all truths back to their origin, we will find a creator of this truth at this point. However we name this creator and whoever he
is, nothing will thereby change in the nature of truth.
These density planes aren’t separated from each other like drawers but penetrate one another. The higher plane, being the higher
vibrating realm, penetrates the lower vibrating one. The fourth plane penetrates the first three; the fifth plane all planes below and in the
same manner, the sixth plane all planes below it.

The cycle of manifestation begins with the intention, being resident on the sixth plane.

The intention manifests as a combination of sound, color and form, as a vibrational structure
It is the original model of that which is supposed to eventually manifest physically on the third plane. Sound, color and form are connected
very closely with each other, if they are not even one. With every plane becoming more dense though, the connection becomes more lose
and eventually breaks apart.
If I have the intention to think about an apple, on the sixth plane I’m going to have the shape of the apple, its color and the
corresponding sound immediately. But on the third plane, in the physical universe, I neither have shape, nor color, nor sound. If I articulate
the word apple physically, I indeed have the sound but neither the shape nor the color. Nevertheless, I have color, shape and sound on the
sixth plane, since I must have intended the articulation, as a creative act, on the sixth plane previously in order to wrap a mental image (fifth
plane) around it, then connect it with emotion (fourth plane) and eventually articulate it through my body.
This simply happens because we as spiritual beings penetrate all planes. If we have an intention, we are on the sixth plane. If we imagine
a picture, we are on the fifth plane. We perceive an emotion on the fourth plane and the physical universe is felt, seen, heard, smelled and
tasted through our physical body. All planes correlate with each other. Of course the order of steps for creation is fixed since without
intention no mental image, no emotion, no manifestation. Nevertheless, any manifestation is reconnected with all other planes. A hurting leg,
for example, also influences my feelings, my thoughts and my intentions.
This mutual influence provides the key with which we can create through vibrations. In esoterics the work with vibrations in all areas of
form, color and sound is known. The form is processed, for example, in Tai Chi, through Asanas (body-positions in Yoga) or through Mudras
(finger constellations); the color and with it the shape through light-visualisations and Yantras (form-visualisations); the sound through
mantras or the work with letters, words, sentences, tones or music. In this book the work with letter-formulas, which are merely called
formulas later on, is particularly discussed.
Sound-vibration
If a letter is articulated, it possesses a specific sound, a specific vibrational sequence. This vibrational sequence possesses the appropriate
shape with its color and the corresponding sound on the sixth plane or better - an intention; on the fifth plane a mental image and on the
fourth plane an emotion. According to our strategy of creativity, the emotion is followed by the physical manifestation so that a drive to act
arises or situations appear corresponding to the intention or something realizes directly.
 Before a real sound can be articulated, a corresponding vibrational structure, constituted of sound, form and color, must have been
formed on the sixth plane. This vibrational structure is the actual intention striving for an eventual manifestation in the physical world. It is
completely irrelevant if the person who creates this sound is aware of the kind of vibrational structure she creates, meaning if she is aware
which intention lies behind the sound. This sound now, according to its basic intention, will create situations like described in the chapter
“Creation”. The realization follows the laws of the strategy of creativity. Hence:
Each sound corresponds to an intention which wants to realize!
And:
Each sound contains a very specific intention!
The perception of those spiritual forms is sometimes possible even for less skilled persons. Somebody says, “The operational sound of my
machine is like a running circular saw”, or “When it banged, I thought that a thousand needles where whizzing through my head”, or “When
hearing that music, it felt like somebody hitting my forehead with a hammer.” Pay attention to this phenomenon in the future, when
someone around you tries to explain something with such phrases and think about the previously described, in such situations.
In a technical company it was decided to use an electronic klaxon-horn as a signal for lunch-break. The sound, which lasted for several
seconds, created the following mental structure:

This form was created nine times per day. If one sums this up to weeks, months and years, one can easily imagine what effect this
vibrational structure had on the health of the fellow-workers. But some considered it quite funny. Similar destructive vibrational structures are
created in street-noise, pain-sounds, construction works, in pop- and rock-music and in other areas.
Someone who is just a little sensitive can pretty easily experience the difference between constructive and destructive vibrational
structures by listening to the rippling of water or the chirping of birds or real harmonic music, in which classical music is included - and while
doing this noticing his feelings. While listening to these sounds, he will feel calm, relaxed, balanced, maybe even happy, joyful or exhilarated.
After that, he should listen to the upper mentioned sources of noise and again pay attention to his feelings. He will very quickly notice
beginning unrest, nervousness and beginning aggressiveness, maybe even physical sensations like a beginning headache.
An interesting experiment showed the effect of music on low life-forms. During this experiment plants were positioned in front of a
loudspeaker and different kinds of music were projected towards them. During classical music the plants began to incline to the loudspeaker.
During rock-music they began to incline away from the loudspeaker.
Hence, you should choose the sounds from which you want to be influenced very thoroughly. If you can’t avoid some destructive sound-
images, for example because your place of work requires it, you should seek sufficient compensation to neutralize the effects.
Amazingly, there are persons who like to expose themselves to those destructive sound-forms. A little research shows that those persons
are unfortunately very desensitized physically, emotionally and mentally. Those people, in order to still feel something that deceives them with
liveliness, try it with the strongest stimulants: horror-movies, extreme consumption of coffee, alcohol, rock-music, but also primitive carnival-,
pop- and folk-music. I don’t mean any carnival- or folk-music with that, only the unfortunately more and more often appearing and media-
supported nonsense. At my former place of work, people more and more frequently took a hammer and slammed it on the working table
with extreme impact. This noise was extremely painful to me and perceptible in my entire body. Others didn’t even react. A former colleague
of mine didn’t understand at all that I felt the effect of just one cup of coffee, let alone the effect of one glass of beer. He said that he
could drink several cups of coffee and fall asleep immediately and beer - he would feel it only after several bottles.
If one is only a little aware of the possibility of using this law in order to suppress one’s fellows, one will quickly realize how commonly this
practice is used in our day-to-day life. Whereat the above-mentioned groups of dull people, due to a lack of ability to experience and
awareness, supply the potentates and producers of those “works” with the necessary power and additionally function as multiplication-
machines for those people.
In the same way as one can use this knowledge to suppress others, you can use it to protect yourself. This is the major intention of this
book. As soon as you know with which sound a certain intention can be realized, you are able to
protect yourself and
to choose which life you want to have.
Without entering into the exact sound producing the vibrational structure of love, we will look at this specific cycle of manifestation.
If you, for example, take the sound representing the vibrational structure of love, you will create this intention on the sixth plane, which
will from there develop further on, according to the strategy of creativity, until more and more situations will arise in the physical universe,
corresponding to the subject of love.
The sound creates love in the physical universe!

Okay, so much for creation through sounds .
Of course this is just one possibility. If you are capable of working directly on the sixth plane, your ability to manifest will possibly be faster
and more precise. But in order to use the force of creation immediately, there is - among others - the work with sounds. It will fall away as
soon as more elegant possibilities of creativity can be utilized. Nevertheless, the work with sounds should by no means be underestimated:
The work with sounds produces very fast and clearly noticeable effects!
Let us summarize:
A sound articulated in the physical universe has
 a vibrational structure on the sixth density plane, corresponding to the physical sound.
This vibrational structure is an intention or a primordial model of that which is supposed to manifest.
The manifestation takes place through the strategy of creativity, being:
Intention - Imagination - Emotion - (Do) - Have
OK, so much for theory. How are sounds applied now in order to create, and most of all, which sounds create which effects?

How to Apply Sounds
I want to describe the application on a “double-letter”, the “DC”
“DC” is simply pronounced as in High German language, namely - as an American would read - “Deh-Tseh” (written in phonetical alphabet:
[de:- tse:]). I want to point out at the beginning that the letters, also called formulas, were developed for the German speaking areas.
Americans, Italians, Greek, simply all foreigners, in order to have the same results, must follow the German phonetic pronunciation. If an
American would pronounce the “DC” as he is used to do, namely “Dee-See”, he would get the effect of the formula “Dee-See” [di:-zi:] but
never the effect which was actually intended with “DC”. Also, the - sometimes - musical pronunciation of the Italians could create a different

vibrational structure as the one intended with “DC” .
If we have two capital letters like “DC”, then they are also two tones which are pronounced “Deh-Tseh”. If there were three capital
letters, simply three tones would be pronounced; e.g. “JHW” as “Jod-Hah-Veh” [jot-ha:-ve:], “WeHeBi” as “Veh-Heh-Bee” [ve:-he:-bi:] or
“JoHoW” as “Joh-Hoh-Veh” [jo:-ho:-ve:] and so forth. Special forms are distinguished by being furnished with non-capital letters. “JiHiW” are
three capital letters which are pronounced as “Jee-Hee-Weh” [ji:-hi:-ve:]. This explanation is valid for all formulas presented in this book.
At the beginning of the work with phonetic vibrational energies, it is beneficial to pronounce the formulas loudly or at least sotto voce and
in a slow, clear rhythm. At the beginning, not the speed is important but the clarity and precision. According to the strategy of creativity, all
planes are traversed when I articulate something loudly. If the “DC” becomes audible, all steps (Intention - Imagination - Emotion - Do - Hear
(Have)) were traversed successfully. Additionally, I am more concentrated than when just repeating it mentally. As time goes by, the speed
of formula enunciation will increase automatically. Then, the silent formula application will be more effective as well, since it was practiced
well. While, for example, driving alone in one’s car, one can enunciate the formulas loudly or sotto voce without disturbance. The effect is
increased even more when one is concentrating on the intention of the formula, but that is by no means a presupposition for a successful
application. An important rule concerning this is:
“Deficient” exercising is better than no exercising!
With “deficient” is meant that you exercise sotto voce or silently in your car without concentrating very much on it, until you arrive at
your destination. When driving, your major concentration is on traffic; but in spite of that the formula application will show its effectiveness
very quickly.
Okay, how does one apply the formulas correctly now? The most simple possibility is to use 10 minutes, 15 minutes at the most for
each formula. One shouldn’t exceed this period of time, since the effect of a formula is not dependent on a single exercising period but on
the persistence and regularity in practicing. When exercising too long, the result can be an overcharging. A friend exercised the formula “DC”
for over an hour in order to free herself from mental connections. After that, she wanted to switch on her stove when suddenly the
hotplate cracked. Also light-bulbs can explode and so forth. Possibly this sounds incredible, but those who understand the circumstances will
consider this as logical consequences of overcharging. Unpleasant reactions like headache, nausea and so forth can appear as well. This
phenomena will vanish immediately as soon as the formula exercise is ceased. Therefore:
The regular and persistent application of the formulas creates the desired result!
Short-term excesses will just produce disappointments and failure.
Those who want to realize the manifestation of a formula more quickly, can exercise it several times a day. But only 15 minutes at a time.
There is also another possibility resulting from the application of certain rhythms known in esoterics. These are the rhythms of 7, of 33
and of 462. If the formulas are applied with these rhythms, there will possibly be an increase in effect and a quickened manifestation of the
desired results.
But anybody will have success even when not using this rhythm!
How does one include these rhythms in the application-sequence?
By enunciating the “DC” seven times in a row:
“DC-DC-DC-DC-DC-DC-DC” respectively
“DehTseh-DehTseh-DehTseh-DehTseh-DehTseh-DehTseh-DehTseh”
462 divided by 7 is 66 but not 33. Therefore take a doubled rhythm of 7:
7x”DC” and again 7x”DC” respectively
7x”DehTseh” and again 7x”DehTseh”
462 divided by 14 (2x7) is 33. Hence, we have all originally intended rhythms included in the application-sequence.
This sounds terribly complicated but is very simple. Let us use our hands for a better understanding and to support our concentration.
Every hand has five fingers. Let us begin the counting at the right thumb. The right thumb is the number one, the index finger the
number 2, the middle finger the number 3, the ring-finger the number 4 and the little finger the number 5. Now we continue counting but
we reverse the row of the fingers. The little finger has been the number 5 and is now the number 6, the ring-finger the number 7, the
middle finger the number 8, the index finger the number 9 and the thumb the number 10. With this counting method we have ten numbers
per hand. Now we change to the left hand. The left thumb is the number 11 and so forth to the left little finger and back again to the left
thumb, which now represents the number 20. Again we change to the right hand and count along our fingers from 21 to 30. After that we
change once again to the other hand. The left thumb now represents the number 31, the left index finger the number 32; and the middle
finger represents the rhythm-number 33.
This counting method corresponds to the rhythm of 33. If we now take the rhythm of 7 for each finger, we get 7 x 33 = 231 being half
of the rhythm of 462. Now we can repeat the rhythm of 33 and thereby accomplish our rhythm of 462. But it is easier to use each finger for
a doubled rhythm of 7. In that case, in one round of 33 we will get: 2 x 7 = 14 and 14 x 33 = 462.
 Okay, now all three rhythms are included in our formula exercise.
Again - the application of these rhythms is very simple. If one has done it a few times, the application will work almost automatically.
OK, one round (462 x) is called a “consolidation”, and three of these consolidations together are called a “charging”.
This charging is what we want. So every formula is consolidated three times so that it is charged once.
With two-lettered formulas this takes about ten to twelve minutes after a certain time of exercising. With three- or more-lettered
formulas, it takes accordingly longer.
If this rhythm is preferred in the application, it takes priority over the time. If you needed more than fifteen minutes for the
charging of a formula, you would just continue until the charging is completed.
If you are interrupted while exercising, just stop and begin anew later on. Interruptions have no negative effects except that no
consolidation or charging of the formula takes place.
How many formulas one exercises per day is individually dependent on one’s time and motivation. However, it is better to practice a few
formulas regularly than many formulas spreaded over a long period of time. If one, due to the number of formulas and a lack of time, charges
or even just consolidates each formula only once a week, the results will manifest very slowly or even not at all. Therefore one should apply
and exercise the formulas according to personal priority. To approach many goals at a time, instead of one after the other, rather leads to
failure.
Well, here the summary of how to exercise the formulas:
Each formula is articulated according to German phonetics, for example
DC - “DehTseh”, EF - “EhAff”, AR - “AhErr”, HRJ - “HahErrJot” and so forth.
At the beginning, the formulas are best enunciated loudly or sotto voce and clearly. Later the speed will
increase automatically.
Silent, mental application works as well. Possibly the concentration isn’t as strong and the effects will
manifest a little later.
Concentration on the exercise and the respective significance increases the effect.
Each formula is practiced at least 10, at the most 15 minutes, not longer.
Each formula can be exercised several times a day.
Only persistent and regular exercising creates success.
Rhythmic exercising (7 - 33 - 462) is more effective.
Rhythmic exercising takes priority over the time.
Each formula should at least be consolidated (1x 462x) but even better charged (3x 462x).
Interruptions while exercising have no negative effects.
It is better to exercise a few formulas regularly than too many irregularly.
Choose the formulas according to your goal and apply them until you have achieved it.

Which Formulas for Which Purpose
After knowing how to apply the individual formulas, we can look at their meanings.
The purpose of the following lines is not to list all formulas again but to sort them according to certain subjects, thereby forming a
reference. Thereby, an interested person can very quickly find and apply the formulas necessary for achieving her goal.
Nevertheless, I will enter into the meaning of certain formulas and additionally mention some experiences in their application.
Leaving aside the personal intention, the successful work begins with the
Basic Formulas
This basic formula set consists of:
DC - DS - JHW - CK - EF - EK
Before I describe each formula in detail, I want to emphasize the overall meaning of these basic formulas.
No matter which reasons motivate you to begin applying the formulas:
to initialize new ways or projects in your life
to secure your present and future financially or build up prosperity
to communicate more easily with your fellows
to have a loving family
to be creative and spontaneous,
self-confident and emotionally independent
to get healthier, to get rid of fears
to solve the problems of everyday life
to perform a better and more significant work
to have a fulfilling relationship and to be loved
to develop spiritually and find the principles of life
to expand your consciousness into more and more vast fields
to visit foreign people, countries and peoples
to help your community, your county and your nation
to be more independent and free, to realize new and extraordinary ideas
to support your “beloved ones”
to help humanity
to open yourself to spiritual spheres
and much, much more,
at the beginning there are always the basic formulas.
The reasons for that will be given in the discussion of the individual formulas.
Among the basic formulas, the first three - DC - DS - JHW - are the protection formulas. These formulas form the beginning of your
formula work and will always escort you no matter what it is you want to achieve. There is an irrefutable rule regarding these three:
Never, never, never, never think that you don’t need them anymore!
Even when you are of the opinion that you don’t need these protection formulas, don’t take any risk. I personally have been working
with this technology for ten years, and I’m talking from experience when I ask and request you to never forget these protection formulas.
This is because you want to achieve your personal and individual goals through formula work without having to permanently deal with
attempts to distract you.
Spiritual forces are subtle energies acting concealed, since they aren’t noticed. But if one suddenly gets aware of them, often the result is
fear. This fear is unfounded, since every human being is by far stronger than these influences. But only when or better first when one is
aware of one’s own spiritual greatness and has acquired the ability to deal with these phenomena.
In order to be able to pursue one’s goals and after that enjoy them, respectively pursue new ones, these protection formulas are used
until one has achieved the upper ability.
I hope that my explanations have expressed the importance of these protection formulas clearly and unerroneously.
You begin with these protection formulas of the basic formula set!
These are exercised every day. If you then have the time and feel like it, exercise the remaining three formulas of the basic set - CK - EF
- EK.
For some it will take a fortnight, for others three to four weeks, but then everybody will feel well-charged with these six basic formulas
and will notice more or less dramatic changes in his life.
Now you keep up the protection formulas whereas you can exercise CK - EF - EK alternately. For example:
Monday: DC - DS - JHW - CK
Tuesday: DC - DS - JHW - EF
Wednesday: DC - DS - JHW - EK
Thursday: DC - DS - JHW - CK and so forth.
If, however, a situation should appear which requires a certain formula, e.g. CK when receiving a sad message, this formula is of course
applied immediately until the undesired condition is remedied. This is an emergency and has nothing to do with a regular charging. Now you
only have four basic formulas per day and can choose special formulas for your personal goals.
Should you consider four formulas to be very much, please realize how much time you spent each day with unconcentrated thinking.
From getting up, washing etc. to breakfast, I personally have done three formulas already. Then take the drive to work and back. Maybe
even actions at work which require no special concentration and which are monotone; as well as many other home activities like ironing,
vacuuming, car washing and many more. You see, it gets obvious that six, ten, fifteen, even twenty formulas per day need not be a big
deal.
But develop your own, very individual formulawork.
With the six basic formulas alone, you can change your entire life to the better in a fashion which you would have considered incredible.
Well, let us now continue with the description of the basic formulas:
 DC
At the beginning of any development of consciousness and any formulawork, there is
Purification

With the help of the strategy of creativity, we can see the individual planes being traversed on the way to manifestation. From this can
be easily derived that a hindrance on one plane causes a blockage of the succeeding steps of the cycle of manifestation. Also any “pollution”
on a plane influences the preceding ones.
A hurting leg influences our feeling, thinking and our intentions.
Fear, anger, hatred, grief influence our thinking, our intentions and our actions.
Negative thoughts and notions influence our intentions, our emotions and our actions.
Intentions by themselves neither are good nor bad for our work, since they originate from the plane of cause. In spite of that, they are
influenced by the lower planes and therefore not always accomplish the desired results.
The following statement is the actual basis demanding the emotional and mental purification:
There is no “real” illness but only a projection of the dark spots existing in our mental or emotional body onto the physical
body!

These “dark spots” existing in the emotional or mental body carry different names according to the respective esoteric branch. When
referring to work with sounds, I simply call them consciousness units although I’m aware of the fact that this is an absolute generalization. If it
should be necessary to deal with such consciousness units in more detail, I will do so. All categories, no matter how conscious they are, fall
under the term consciousness units.
A human being is as much a consciousness unit as a stone, a plant or an animal. But he possesses a higher level of awareness than those.
A simple thought or a mental notion has a consciousness too, even though a pretty low one. So all planes are populated with most different
consciousnesses and intentions. Some pursue goals which we would consider good, others have seemingly negative intentions. Regarding this
subject, the following rule is important:
Good and bad are just considerations!
Whenever we are happy, enthusiastic or loving somebody, we create vibrational structures or - expressed differently - thought-forms
containing an intention and, according to our emotion, an emotional tinge. But we create these also when being angry, hating somebody or
when feeling fear, sorrow, pity, concerns and grief. So:
We permanently create through our thoughts and feelings!
And thereby we attract similar consciousness units, which from now on dwell in our space and influence us. Although these are
subjectively desirable when having positive feelings, in the opposite case, destructive forces act against our actual intention. Up to now, I
have been speaking of self-caused influence. If we think about someone angrily, maybe even “execrate” him out of vengefulness (“I hope he
feels even worse than I!”), we create vibrational structures acting according to their consciousness. This means that they penetrate the
space of the “execrated” or insulted person and influence him according to the intention existing in the moment of their creation. This could
now be called an other-created influence. But beware:
We are the creators of our own world!
If it happens that we succumb to an alien influence, it would be quite simple to look for the creator, meaning the guilty one, outside
ourselves. By doing so, we would ignore an universal law being:
Everybody attracts that which is similar to himself!
This universal law doesn’t fit into our way of thinking at all. How does an “innocent” robbed person attract a thief? Why does a man toiling
day after day doesn’t get prosper while others investing the least effort grow “filthy” rich? Why are wives beat up by their husbands although
they offer up to them?
By looking at the foreground phenomena, we won’t get to the cause of these sorrowful lives. Because:
No matter if I think constructive or destructive thoughts about my life, I create the corresponding situations!
This happens according to the strategy of creativity as described in the first chapter.
If I don’t consider this, anybody can manipulate me to achieve his own goals and intentions, and I even help him to realize them. Even
against my conscious will.
If I, for example, listen to the idle talk of my friends, I will be influenced by it, because:
You can’t not manipulate!

Due to the fact that I have to duplicate any communication, I create it anew. If I watch the “newest” news with all its horror
messages, I duplicate them and thereby create them anew. This is done without thinking by hundreds of millions each day on the whole
planet and is called “reality which can’t be denied” by them afterwards. They don’t realize a bit that they are the victims of an awful trick and
that they have created this seeming reality themselves. If you tell them, they are indignant and furious and certainly deny any participation,
since they are lacking the necessary awareness of it. Of course this particular “mass” is against manipulating others without considering that
this is not possible at all. Parents already manipulate their children - “of course only for their best”. But how can they know what the best for
their children is? They take it from the manipulations to which they succumbed to themselves and which they now consider right. So we
influence our fellows with every conversation without ever being able to change a thing about it.
Considering this, we now shouldn’t try to not manipulate others but to find out how we can manipulate best. The ethical standard for
this should be:
to increase the self-determination and power of choice of a being.
Manipulation is manipulation, how we apply it - “good” or “bad” - is up to us. But if we don’t apply it consciously, we possibly succumb to
forces which we would reject if they were known to us.
Thereby we can again become cause over our life by withdrawing from such negative manipulation attempts. In this respect, there is a
very simple experiment, which only a few managed to perform yet:
For 30 days - stop watching TV,
don’t listen to radio,
don’t read any newspaper and
most of all, don’t listen to any idle talk of your friends about so-called realities which those have
received through the above-mentioned media.
The result will be amazing:
Our own world will change to the positive, and that, although we “haven’t done” anything. We have simply withdrawn from manipulation
wanting to suppress us. On the other hand, we no longer participate in the creation of those detrimental situations in our world.
Okay, it gets obvious from what has been said how important it is to free ourselves from all “shadows” or disturbances in our emotions and
thoughts.

Different groups who want to help people to perfect themselves consciousness-wise begin with freeing them from aberated thinking
and feeling before they confront them with higher disciplines. Different names are used for that, like soul-balance, character-building, clearing
and so forth. In the end, they all want the same: to enable people to master higher spiritual disciplines. A higher level of this, as simple as it
may sound, is the “just being there”, the “being totally present”. Those who try to remain in complete emptiness of thought for just a
minute, will recognize very quickly what is meant with disturbances: it itches and stitches in the body, a muscle cramps, it twitches in the
face, it gets hot or cold, feelings change, different thoughts which distract oneself appear permanently. Here the emotional and mental
purification proofs to be an important aid also.
The formula for purification was already used by me for explanation purposes and, due to its significance, stands at the beginning of the
basic formulas:
DC
Its application was described earlier, either exercising for 15 minutes or according to the described rhythms.
Since the effect of this formula is very strong, there can be some unpleasant phenomena at the beginning.
I already described these “shadows” as consciousness units. Even if those are only simple thought-forms, they nevertheless want to fulfill
their purpose and they by no means want to dissolve so quickly. Therefore they will try to hinder the person who wants to purify herself
through dissolving these consciousness units. They try it with all kinds of tricks:
Physical phenomena like: diarrhea, headache, increased stitches somewhere in the body, nausea, cramps
Unpleasant feelings, doubt, uncertainty, fear
Distraction - whereat this method is the most cunning, since it isn’t discerned immediately. One just
“forgets” exercising the formulas or procrastinates their application to later and later and …
These described phenomena might sound terrifying, but they are the faint attempt of the consciousness units manipulating us, to
continue to fulfill their purpose and to be spared from their dissolution. The only remedy for this is the following rule:
The only way out is the way through!
Therefore, if one begins applying the formulas and unpleasant phenomena appear, this means that one is on the right track. Everyone
must now take full responsibility for his actions and - continue. Because if someone ceases exercising, the consciousness units have won and
the next attempt will be even harder for him. According to the motto: who is the master in the own house? But don’t be afraid:
In the long run no force can resist the effect of the formulas!
Therefore I show these phenomena so that everyone becomes aware of their meaning as soon as he begins with the formula exercises.
A person used to “forget” exercising the formulas until she stuck a little piece of paper to her bathroom-mirror at which she had to look
every morning.
In another person ethical doubts arose whether it was justifiable to destroy spiritual beings.
Therefore it can be said that one can’t destroy spiritual beings, since everything being of divine nature is also immortal. Created
consciousness units, like thought-forms, aren’t included in this. Those are permanently created and dissolved without us wasting just a single
thought about them. If one imagines a pink elephant, then this thought-form is created. If one wants to imagine a pink rabbit after that,
one dissolves the elephant and creates the thought-form of the rabbit. This happens with such speed and matter of course that we not
even notice it. But still the elephant must be dissoluted, because otherwise one would see the elephant and the rabbit simultaneously. As far
as spiritual beings wanting to influence us are concerned, they won’t do it personally but through “agents”, e.g. thought-forms. Even if a
being could step directly into our space, the question would be what its business is in there, since it wasn’t consciously invited by us and was
even less granted the right to manipulate us. High spiritual beings will not do that. The purification formula will expel these undesired “spirits”
very quickly, since they have met their match in it. So much for the ethics of the formula work.
We are located in a free-will universe. Hence, anybody has the right to do or not do what he likes. The consequences of his doing are
included in this also.
The supreme intention that we have in this universe is to create something and after that experience its effect!
Those who want to influence others for their disadvantage, shall do it. They will experience their created effect on others themselves
with all included unpleasantness. Nobody should fall for the illusion that somebody will take away his sins. Like the “sunday-christians”, who go
to confession, are “freed” of all sins after that and then happily continue with their old habits. This doesn’t correspond to any universal law.
Well, another person, after a short period of formula application, saw mental phizogs, which tried to intimidate and keep her from
exercising the formulas. Also, strong pain occurred in her body, increasing with every minute, so that, in the beginning, she had to stop
exercising. Eventually she had the courage to stick it out until suddenly everything stopped and any pain had disappeared.
This was a very strong phenomenon and is by no means the rule. So nobody should wait for such experiences.
But even if no strong reactions which resist the exercising of “DC” should occur, everyone will notice an increasing calmness and inner
transformation when doing the formulawork persistently.
I want to point out once again that one shouldn’t exercise too long. As long as one hasn’t gotten any sufficient experience in dealing
with the formulas, one shouldn’t exercise them longer than 15 minutes or one charging (3x462). This formula increases the electron
vibration, through which, as already mentioned, some have caused light-bulbs to explode. The person who made the hotplate crack, after
that surely knew that this warning wasn’t given for no reason. Of course your health must be considered too, since the overcharging with a
formula, no matter which, can lead to a detrimental imbalance.
Certainly there are positive experiences too. A rather funny, but in no way incredible one, was made by a person exercising while driving in
her car on the way to work. After a few days the power-lock, which had had a malfunction for a long time, worked again. When she ceased
exercising formulas it stopped working again. Narrow-minded people will consider this incredible, but those who know that everything has
consciousness can interpret such phenomena easily.
Another person had an unpleasant atmosphere at work. After applying “DC” this changed very quickly and the whole atmosphere became
pleasingly better.
Even cases of dipsomania can be effected successfully with this formula, since these persons will attract very strong consciousness units
which want to mislead them into drinking and from which the person cannot withdraw through her own will. If such a person shouldn’t be
able to exercise the formulas by herself and if she should ask for help, one can do it for her by meeting her and imaginatively projecting the
formula into her body or by imagining the person mentally, wrapping her into a mantle and filling this up with “DC”.
Another possibility of helping is to take a picture of the person you want to help. This picture is placed in front of you on a table and the
right hand is held over it. Now one is projecting the formula imaginatively again through the hand onto the picture and from the picture to
the person. In this case, the picture represents a concentration aid. The right hand is the transmitting one and therefore is used by right-
handed persons, vice versa with left-handed persons.
The possibility of helping is always there, but nobody should begin to apply formulas for others before he hasn’t purified and built up
himself. At all transmittings of spiritual energy, all intentions of the personality are included, so that someone transmits possible anger-energies
with his formula if he is in this mood at that time. This transmitting and receiving happens permanently without us being aware of this
process. But if we want to do it intentionally, we must clean ourselves from negative thoughts and feelings in order to avoid harming
somebody.
Therefore formula-help for others, except in emergencies, should only take place when one has purified and charged oneself sufficiently.
Well, everyone will make his individual experiences with this formula.
Everyone should rely exceptionally on his own experiences in dealing with the formulas and should not force them upon others. It only
creates an unsatisfying feeling when you want to help someone and this person, due to a lack of consciousness, rejects you. The policy for
this shall be:
If I improve myself, my world also improves and I serve as an example to others which they can follow!
Hence, I’m the touchstone for that which I claim.
Protection
In our time, there are still people who are of the opinion that there isn’t anything like spiritual phenomena influencing them. In the
chapter about purification, I have given some information so that this heresy should at least tremble if not even be wiped out. But not only
have I pointed out that these phenomena exist, but simultaneously I offered the means to master them.
With the formula “DC” everybody is now capable of freeing himself from “pollutions” in mind and feelings. Through the persistent charging
of this formula the condition is maintained afterwards.
But there are also other situations and things against which one can protect oneself. These are for example physical attacks or material
damages. It does not matter if those actions originate from spiritual or material realms. The formula for this is:

One can protect oneself against attacks quite well with this formula, since it scares the attacker so that he picks up his heels. This also
concerns the spiritual region and includes consciousness units which can’t be dissolved with “DC”, since they escape from its power and
afterwards try to return or act from a distance.
Phantoms
A special kind of consciousness unit is the so-called phantom. One could regard it as the following:
The phantom is the creation of a fixed idea!
These fixed ideas are the major problem which therapeutically working people have to face, even if they shouldn’t be aware of it. The
task of fixed ideas is to justify the actions of the person, meaning to put her in the position of being right and thereby all others in the
position of not being right. The reason for the formation of a phantom often is confusion.
Each phantom is based on a postulate which it is supposed to fulfill!
In the comic “Asterix&Obelix” Obelix has such a fixed idea when stating: “These Romans are nuts!”. Thereby he grants himself the right to
beat upon any Roman. The more he uses this, the stronger his fixed idea will become. On the other hand, the stronger it gets, the more
Obelix succumbs to the power of a self-created consciousness unit. This fixed idea now makes him find more and more seeming reasons to
beat upon Romans. Do you happen to know this sequence from the “Third Reich”? Roosevelt did this in the same manner regarding
Germany. He created a national German-hatred-phantom. Churchill also participated in this on the English side. And Bush did the same thing
regarding Iran and Iraq whereat Hussein and Komeni didn’t do it any different. I don’t want to show the miscreants of world history but only
dramatic examples that show where such formations of fixed ideas can lead to and how they can hold whole nations spellbound. Just think
about the native Americans of Japanese origin, who where suddenly treated like America’s enemies when awakening in the morning. This
principle is broadly used by our medicine and pharmaceutical industry when denoting bacteria and viruses as pathogenic agents in order to
“earn” billions - or better to swindle them out. Through the manipulated media they let each person listening create her own phantom which
she then strengthens through frequent repetition until the fixed idea gains power over her. After that, the person acts exactly as the
phantom wants her to, and this happens to be in the exact manner as wanted by the pharmaceutical industry. Of course that is pure
coincidence!?
These phantoms are self-created consciousness units. Where people suffer from persecution mania and so forth, the reason often isn’t

any black-magic action but lies in such a self-created phantom. If a person mistrusts her neighbor and considers him a criminal type, she will
judge everything he does according to this fixed idea, which will of course confirm her opinion about her neighbor. Secret services succumb
to such paranoid ideas, believing nothing, not even the truth. If a prisoner told the truth, the phantom of the inquirer would interpret it in a
way, that it couldn’t possibly be the truth. The prisoner hasn’t gotten any chance. Doesn’t that remind you of the tortures and witch-

burnings of the Middle Ages? Didn’t the German government create such fixed ideas when the “Grünen” rose politically? Don’t the
[11]
“Grünen” support the German government today in creating a phantom against the “Republikaner” ? Is that democracy? A “million-times-
phantom-creator” are our media, which no longer perform their task of supplying information but only support the groups in charge. While
attending a meeting of the owners of the biggest newspapers in America, one participant said, “Gentlemen, we are the whores of the
establishment!” Well, no comments need to be added to this. The media are controlled world wide, so that no useful information is available
from them. But don’t worry. Those who turn away from them, our 30-day-experiment, will discover that there is another variety of media
which aren’t totally controlled and through which they can acquire very valuable information for themselves.
 As already mentioned, such phantoms can take on a strength that makes their creator inferior to them. During the application of “DC”,
which the phantom of course tries to prevent and through which the originally described unpleasant reactions can appear, it evades the
effect and waits for a chance to act again. Therefore it is necessary to use a more specific formula for phantoms. That is why for phantoms
one uses the formula
DS
“DS” is projected onto the phantom or is just, like all other formulas too, applied in one’s own space, thereby paralyzing the phantom.
After that it is dissolved with “DC”.
Once again the formulas for the dissolution of fixed ideas:

Since phantoms exist more often than real black-magic practices, I presented them first. But this by no means is supposed to pretend
that black-magic practices happen seldomly. On the contrary, they are the favorite tool of our governments, at least in the western
countries. At the moment, humanity finds itself in a third world war even if they do not want to admit it to themselves. But where is this
war? Supported and financed by the world bank, some countries slaughter one another. Millions of people, mostly in the “underdeveloped”
countries, are praiseworthily inoculated for free by the WHO, the World Health Organisation, only to die from an “incidental” contagion
afterwards. And all that to fulfill a plan to prevent overpopulation, because the less population, the easier the controll. But where is the third
world war? Yes, where is it? Well, it exists but it isn’t visible.
The third world war is the war for the human mind!
And the weapons used for this purpose aren’t visible either. Or are they? Well, a satellite covering whole Europe is visible to all, isn’t it?
Radio masts which are positioned around big cities in order to provide citizens with all the “nice” TV-channels aren’t hidden either. But - does
everybody see what is being radiated? The brain works in the band of gigahertz. Do we see that? No, and we don’t notice it either, if we
aren’t aware of it. We just wonder why a chancellor who has betrayed his people for years smiles into the cameras confident of victory.
Because - he knows he will be elected again. Who should one vote for, the others aren’t better either. Well, what if, by satellite and all over
Germany, the following was radiated persistently: “Vote for him, the others aren’t better either!” Those who want to approach this subject
cinematically may refer to John Carpenter’s movie “They live!” All western countries, among them also Russia & Co, have been working for
years on the development of devices influencing the human mind and - they were and are successful with it. But only those who are
becoming aware enough notice this mental manipulation. The remainder is convinced that they think their own thoughts. But enough with
this horror scenario. I wouldn’t have provided this information if there wasn’t any remedy for it.
The potentates have only one real opponent and they feared and are fearing him even today: It is the
spiritually conscious human!
Now, what is the remedy for real black-magic attacks? Very simple: we wrap us in. That sounds a little bit unusual but it is exactly what is
done with the formula
JHW
“JHW”, pronounced Jod-Hah-Weh, is the so-called quabbalistic recoil formula. It forms a strong protective shield around the exercising
person, which makes her unassailable. If someone nevertheless tries to attack her mentally, he is in for his own destruction. All negative
influences which are sent to a person are reflected by this protective shield and flow back to their point of origin. Should someone use this
formula and at the same time have enemies in his vicinity, he will possibly discern by their impairing health condition which practices they use.
If someone should get the idea that he thereby is harming someone, he can calm down. The exercising person does nothing. She just
wraps herself into a mantle, which gives her strong protection. In this condition she won’t notice any attacks anymore and thereby won’t do
anything against them actively. If somebody should still feel ethically burdened, he should quickly burn this book and tell his “dear” friends to
please stop with these influences. But this would be like going into a cage of hungry lions and to ask them not to harm oneself. This masterly
action could be performed by fairly developed beings without being harmed. But not by any know-it-all-peabrain-mental-midged and cynical
doubter, who isn’t willing to take responsibility for his own life and therefore questions any help to self-help.

As supplements to “JHW” there are several derivations. All of them provide the described protection. Additionally, they create desirable
situations according to the respective chosen derivation. So there is protection

“JHW” is fully sufficient to protect oneself effectively against attacks. But those who want to achieve additional success in love matters,
absolute harmony or something else, won’t use “JHW” but the corresponding derivation, as shown.
Hereby the protection formulas among the basic formulas are dealt with. Certainly there are more protection formulas and some will be
presented later. But now lets look at the rest of our basic formula set.
Self-confidence
A frequently occurring civilization disease is a lack of confidence in oneself. In how far this is wanted and controlled is an interesting and
justified question, since people with self-disparagement, equal to sheep, are much better controllable and conductible. Albert Einstein once
said:
In order to be a perfect member of a sheep herd, one has to foremost be a sheep!
All rulers were and are very aware of that, up to the present day. But this should not hinder anyone in developing and building up enough
self-confidence for himself in order to be able to take his life in his own hands more and more. Then he will notice that “Uncle Sam” doesn’t
act for the benefit of his people but objectionably against it.
Also, when dealing with many things of life, a great portion of self-confidence is necessary in order to be able to stand by oneself. The
same applies to the field of spiritual development.
The formula for this is:
CK
Just like self-confidence increases, one can also remove depression and conditions of fear with it, as well as doubt. In the same way, the
own courage increases. Cuno-Hellmut Müller names this formula the “soul-consoler” and, for doubters, an aid for “the loose connection of
faith”.
This formula works quite quickly as I can tell from own experience. Instead of surrendering to fear, depression or doubt, due to whatever
reasons, one should apply “CK” immediately. The fact that one still has to find a solution for these emerging problems is self-evident. But
anyone who supplied with enough self-confidence can solve a problem much more satisfactorily than when just surrendering to his grief and
waiting for the saving angel, who will possibly not come. It is obvious and can be shown easily that people with a high emotion like joy or
enthusiasm have a higher consciousness than those with grief, pity, fear or anger.
In order to solve a matter optimally, one should establish a high emotional condition in oneself. Self-confidence is such a high condition. I
personally do not know of any person who is “crying” apathetically or full of pity for the “poor” world but still has great self-confidence and
does something helpful.
Again, the reason for fears and doubt may be justified, but with enough self-confidence one can solve any problem more satisfactorily.
In my former company a colleague went unconscious. His body jerked and he didn’t respond to anything. He was immediately surrounded
by colleagues without anyone doing anything. They watched him anxiously. Only one colleague, who knew this shock situation among
diabetics, and I helped him. Later, some just said they thought he would die. How helpful are fear, pity or similar emotions now!?
A friend of mine was in the sad situation that a family member was about to die. Although he didn’t know the formula exercises for a long
time, to his own astonishment, he was able to quite quickly free himself from depressing feelings with “CK” and, in spite of all circumstances,
remain clear-minded. This is again a very clear example how quickly even unpracticed persons can have success even in very depressing
situations.
Therefore this important formula is part of the “basic set” for anyone who wants to develop further consciousnesswise as much as for
those who want to change their lives for their benefit.
Additionally, a few effects mentioned by Franz Bardon:
removes melancholy
leads to prosperity, according to the degree of personal maturity
leads to full-bloodedness and possibly to corpulence
Those who are afraid of becoming fat now, should exercise “CK”!
Nervous Strength
The next basic formula is capable of increasing the overall nervous strength. It is:
EF
This formula leads to an immediate pacification and evenness. It can be used especially beneficially in situations where people are
quarrelling. One can project this formula imaginatively between the quarreling persons, and one will see that these persons will calm down
quickly. By applying “EF” persistently oneself will hardly encounter such situations anymore. One achieves a total mental equilibrium with it and
thereby radiates tranquillity and calmness at any time. “EF” also increases the own vitality, which is very beneficial for achieving one’s goals in
live.
A possible phenomenon when dealing with formulas for nervous strength is that one will get tired at the beginning of the formula work,
which is the contrary effect. This is no “failure” but corresponds to the effect of intensive coffee drinkers who cease to drink coffee and
suddenly get very tired. Actually, they are just getting aware of the exhaustion of their body, which was artificially pepped up over a longer
period of time without sufficient occasion to renew its used up energies. If this effect should appear while applying the formulas, one just
continues to exercise. Through exercising the formula the period of regeneration is supported and completed more quickly. Later on, all
mentioned effects will appear quickly, among them also increased vitality.
 Believe
The last formula of our basic set is also very important although it can be underestimated very easily. It Is:
EK
Like “CK”, it strengthens courage and self-confidence and increases the power of believe in the own personality. Through this formula one
gains certainty and conviction about what one is interested in. Additionally, this formula accelerates the completion of the cycle of
manifestation so that desires manifest more quickly. A special property of “EK” is that it creates mental superiority which is felt by others.
I can confirm this from own experience. In 1986, I just charged myself with “EK” when a colleague, who was deceitful, came around the
corner, saw me, twitched a little and immediately walked over to the other side of the street. Of course I had to laugh about this situation,
since Franz Bardon described this literally.
With “power of believe” not a religious attitude is meant like “if one believes, is brave and poor, one will be allowed to enter heaven”. No,
on the contrary:
The believe in oneself and in one’s goals is a thought-manifestation which pushes towards realization!
If I inject doubt into my intentions, everything will manifest correspondingly. This trick is so clever that it confirms itself. Do you know
these statements: “I knew it in the beginning!”, “It was clear to me, it couldn’t possibly go well!”, “I felt it in the beginning that it wouldn’t
work!”, “I will never make it!”, “Everybody knows that it can’t work!”? They all were right but only because they created it themselves. They
had the desire but put the wrong believe in front of it.
If the power of desire is strong enough, it is able to overcome the believe.
In a moment of terrible affliction, a woman in America lifted a car with one hand on the bumper in order to free her child lying under the
car. A young man, who was being teased by colleagues when loading up tree-trunks and therefore was in a state of anger, threw one tree-
trunk alone onto the truck. Normally it requires several people for these trunks. In this moment both people had a strong desire and forgot
or didn’t think about the fact that one can’t do it. After the woman had freed her child and after the young man had thrown the trunk
and a respectful atmosphere had manifested around him, both couldn’t perform this action anymore, since they now knew again that it is
impossible.
Therefore “EK” is so extremely important for finding back to oneself and to one’s power of believe.
Well, up to here the formulas of the basic set were discussed.
Additional formulas are arranged according to specific subjects, into which I will enter partially. In the reference section the subjects with
the corresponding formulas are listed but without any too detailed explanations.
Evenness
The next formula I want to present here concerns unevenness leading to a mental and physical fatigue.
Everyone probably knows the feeling of being tired and exhausted after working, after reading a book or after a conversation. Things,
situations, thoughts and feelings rushed at us, weren’t totally pondered over and created this condition. We are simply tired.
In order to dissolve this inner unevenness, one uses the formula
AF
According to my personal experience, its effect manifests very quickly, even if I haven’t charged it regularly. Cuno-Hellmut Müller correctly
named it “the quabbalistic Nescafe”.
It proofs to be helpful in many situations:
In the morning, if one has difficulties in waking up.
While driving, especially at night, when tiredness is about to overwhelm one.
As preparation, before doing a mental activity or another activity requiring clarity and freshness.
But beware!
The formula “AF” doesn’t serve as compensation for insufficent sleep. Of course this is possible over a short period of time. But
afterwards the necessary sleep should be made up for. If someone should get rather tired at the beginning when exercising this formula, as
with “EF”, this can be explained through the relaxation of his mental “tensions”, which is comparable to the phenomenon of an intensive
coffee drinker stopping to drink coffee and then his body revealing its exhaustion. Through persistent exercising this condition will cease to
exist very quickly so that “AF” produces the described effect afterwards.
Protection
Some protection formulas were already presented in the basic set. Here some additional formulas with short explanations. An effective
protection formula is
CT
It makes the physical body inviolable and unassailable against any mental influence.
EN
“EN”, like “DS”, is successful in the dissolution of phantoms. “EN” has a strong effect and should only be used for own protection or for
the protection of rooms, the own dwelling or cars (against thieves).
Attention: Games or attacks against humans or animals are totally inappropriate and lead to own unpleasant experiences, since any
doing strikes back. The law of Karma doesn’t ask for guilt and atonement. It simply states that:
The effects that I create I will experience!
This book is written so that everyone can protect himself against attacks without him having to attack also. Thereby he is spared
possible recoils.
ER
is especially useful for those who have to conduct a lawsuit. Unfortunately, it is a fact that law and justice often mean two different
things. Those who find themselves in such a situation should apply “ER”, since this formula helps to experience absolute justice due to
absolute truth.
Those people are also supported by the formula
EO
by being able to force even the greatest liar and rascal to confess the truth.
OK, hereby I have presented the protection formulas. If one applies them regularly, one will very soon be charged enough with them so
that possible attacks won’t happen anymore. The “basic-protection-formula-set” (“DC - DS - JHW”), which in any case belongs to the
daily formula exercises, is already included in the basic formula set. All others are used as required.
Health
Let’s look at Cuno-Hellmut Müllers “remedy-package”, with which one can improve and maintain one’s health. I will quote him partially (in
italics). Also, I won’t relate every single formula to a disease, since these can be referred to in the reference.
Nevertheless, the formula application is no substitute for a necessary medical treatment. Each one can decide for himself
but he should never decide for others and, in case of an emergency, he should seek medical help. This also because of legal
aspects.
The most important formulas were presented in the beginning. They are:
DC, CK, EF, EK
“… we all know that every disease has its mental-emotional mirror-image within us respectively within the persons close to us.
What is therefore more obvious than to begin with ‘DC’ and afterwards continue with ‘EF’ in order to refresh the, during a disease, always
weakened nervous strength and vital energy. Those who are additionally receptive for depressions, which almost always run parallel with
diseases, will protect themselves against that with ‘CK’ and thereby the most important causes of any disease are under ‘quabbalistic’ control.
… Herewith the first step is already done, whereat ‘EK’ facilitates courage, confidence and patience, …
… The relatives of ill persons also have the great task to participate in their healing actively; first by their own purification and
encouragement (DC-CK-EK), because their disbelieve, their fear, doubt and worry or wrong mental attitude contribute to the continuance of
the illness too, even if they don’t want that consciously.”
But even when relatives do not want to help, the ill person can protect herself against the negative thoughts and emotions with the help
of the protection formulas.
The formulas which strengthen the own believe also include
BK
As soon as the basis for a recovery is established with the basic formulas, one can refer to the special formulas, if they should still be
necessary.
AN, BH, CA, C-Ch, CS, DF, DM, EF, EH, ES, EW
C-Ch is pronounced “Tseh-Ch”. Here “Ch” is pronounced like the “ch” in the Scottish “Loch Ness”, being a sound made in the throat.
Now an all-round formula:
CH
” ‘CH’ is a so-called ‘universal formula’, which not only helps against all kinds of diseases but also in the realization of many desires…”
This formula is used eucharistically, i.e. while exercising it is placed into the body or a meal/beverage. It is also possible to let the formula fill
out the thorax imaginatively when inhaling and after that let it fill out the whole body. Also, when exhaling one can blow it on liquids, food,
bodyparts and so forth in order to create an effect. With the “realization of desires” by no means intentions for the disadvantage of others
are meant, no matter if humans or animals. Again, one should be permanently aware of the recoil of one’s actions.
Here some reports of successful applications of the different formulas:
“With ‘EF’ numberless disputes in families and even in restaurants were neutralized within minutes through mentally speaking this formula
‘between the disputing persons’. While doing that I imagine how the letters ‘fill out’ the respective space or body, like it would happen with
air or water.”
“I have used ‘EW’ with amazing success against feverish bronchitis, angina, influenza, biliary colic, headache, toothache, even … against
meningitis. Through photographs I also managed to reduce pain and fever over a great distance several times.”
“With ‘EW’ I fought successfully against hayfever. - … if I feel pain somewhere, e.g. in the knees, in the back and so forth, ten minutes
‘EW’ with my hand laid on that part and the pain is gone.”
“I have also used ‘CS’ successfully against minor paralysis but especially against nervous debility after being overworked. I also work with it
on long-term paralysises whereat I have to count in the inevitable ‘time-factor’, not mentioning the previously described mental-emotional
presuppositions.”
“‘AN’, prescribed by a doctor, caused the permanent recovery of a patient with a minor heart attack.”
“‘CA’ caused, without preparation, an abrupt improvement in an asthma which had been lasting for decades already … - … my bronchia
aren’t healthy at all. If an attack appears, I mumble, mostly silently,‘CA’ a few times and immediately I stop coughing.”
Essential for the use of the health formulas, but for all others too, is the preparation through the formulas which were mentioned in the
basic set. Those are not only the beginning but should be charged persistently. So if someone wants to use a health formula, he should
always begin with the basic formulas and add the required health formula. It isn’t necessary to wait until all basic formulas are charged
sufficiently, but this does not mean that health formulas should be used without the basic formulas.
EW
A so-called emergency formula is the exception to the rule. It is “EW“, which can and should be used immediately when required. “EW”
is very helpful when being confronted with all kinds of painful processes like inflammations, head- and toothache, heartpain and so forth.

Affliction / Oppression
The formulas for this are:

It is to be used anywhere where one is persecuted wrongfully or where one has to deal with unscrupulous people and actions.
AH
For immature people who feel surrounded by enemies, who are being persecuted and who, as a consequence, are very depressed. Also
people who believe that they are wronged can be illuminated that everything that happens, happens rightly.
CU
To make buffets of fate more bearable so that these do not manifest in an extreme manner but gradually and bearably.
DH
For the suspension of buffets of fate respectively for easing them.

To brighten up one’s and others temper, to remove melancholic conditions of depression and to solve the greatest problems easily.

received the key to decode Franz Bardons “Quabbalah” for those who haven’t succeeded with it, like myself before using this formula. Those
who apply ‘CY’ long enough will be amazed at its effect.”

“… gives inner peace, enables to bear karmic buffets of fate more easily and leads to the cognition that everything that happens …
happens rightly … and has its justification.”
It additionally leads to material prosperity when applied long enough.
HRJ
Is pronounced “Hah-Err-Jod” and is used for invoking and worshipping the Divine Providence in all aspects, in all realms and spheres. A
request which is justified by universal legality will always be granted.
JZH
Pronounced “Jod-Tzet-Hah”. With this formula the divine compassion in its highest aspects is invoked. It is used in any situation where
earthly legality, justice and so forth aren’t sufficient anymore.
Memory
AT
“… strengthens especially the memory for material things. It also is very efficient for learning by heart, e.g. for pupils, students, actors and
speakers.”

“… applied to oneself or others it helps to become absolute master of memory.”

Cuno-Hellmut Müller also arranged a sequence of formulas for this esoteric discipline. It can enable those who practice diligently to
undertake mental travels after a period of three to six month. According to the individual development it can take correspondingly longer.

Generally, mental travelling happens through the notion that one finds oneself outside one’s own body, that one perceives one’s physical
body from outside and that one slowly moves away in greater and greater distances from the own body but only in a way that is allowed by
the own experience and familiarity with this phenomenon.

So much for the description of different subjects. Of course this could be extended, but that is not the purpose of this chapter. Essential

In this reference-part I present the formulas from Franz Bardon’s book, being arranged according to respective subjects. If a formula
applies to several subjects, it will be listed under all of these. Unfortunately, the formulas in Bardon’s book are listed alphabetically with all their
different meanings. This causes a permanent searching for which formulas to use for which purpose. Due to this unpleasant situation, the
formula reference was created.
Based on the explanations given in Franz Bardon’s book about the respective formulas, many more subjects could be listed, but I tried to
give a selection which contains a quite broad spectrum of application possibilities. Also a complete formula reference is available, which
contains an even greater variety of subjects. In the reference in hand, attack-formulas where left out on purpose.
Due to the enormous significance, I want to point out again that any use of these formulas for the suppression of others will
have a recoil on the creator.
The formulas are presented by me in order to enable each person to change her live in a way never considered possible, in order to help
loved persons and in order to effectively protect herself against any attacks. With this aid nobody must become an attacker himself and
thereby stays free of any karmic effect. Those who still disregard my warning bear all further consequences for their suppressive actions.
Nevertheless, I publish these formulas, since they can’t be held back from the majority of all ethically and spiritually striving people only
because of an extremely small number of suppressors. In this case, these forces would remain in the hands of the wrong people, who have
guarded them like their most treasured possession for so long.

Additionally, the single letters with their specific properties are included, and a short description of the bdasic principles is placed in front. In

Density planes: planes of existence or realities which, in this explanation, distinguish themselves from one another by their vibrational rate
through which different densities result.

Vibrational structure: an energy-structure having a certain vibration or rate of vibration being the higher, the higher the plane on which it
exists. Therefore intentions are as much vibrational structures as thoughts, feelings or physical materials or bodies.

For those who want to get even more reality regarding thought-forms, I can recommend the book of Gisela Weigl/Franz Wenzel “Die
entschleierten Gedanken”, published by Aquamarin-Verlag in Germany. In this book thought-forms are shown by the pictures of a very good
painter, which were described to him by a clairvoyant.

The correct application of the formulas was developed in the sixties by Cuno-Hellmut Müller, who intensively occupied himself with the
formula magic of Franz Bardon. His major intent was to have a simple application-technology with which quick success can be achieved
without having to do magical exercises for years. Unfortunately, his work has never been published as a book. Only an article series in the
former esoteric magazine “Andere Welt” drew attention to his work. Cuno-Hellmut Müller found out that in order to have the fastest
success with formulawork, everything which is denoted as “necessary” prerequisite in the book of Franz Bardon can be left unconsidered.
