AFFIDAVIT

I, PCpl John Harry B Erandio, of legal age, single, Duty receiving, of

Southern Police District Forensic Unit (SPDFU), after having been sworn to in
accordance with the law do hereby depose and state:

That on December 20, 2021, I received memorandum from C, SPDCLO with

subject Explanation on Non-Appearance in Court (e-Subpoena System);

That on December 20, 2021, I was informed that I did not appear on RTC Branch
204, Muntinlupa City on February 24, 2021, however, I did appear and testified on the
said Honorable Court as reflected on my Certificate of Appearance dated February 24,
2021 (see attachment A).

That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts
and circumstances.

AFFIDAVIT

I, Pat Marvin B. Margañas, of legal age, single, E-subpoena PNCO and

concurrent Duty Receiving of Southern Police District Forensic Unit (SPDFU), after
having been sworn to in accordance with the law do hereby depose and state:

1.That on October 20, 2022 I received memorandum from C, Staff dated October
20, 2022 with subject Comment/Counter Affidavit on Non-Appearance in Court (e-
Subpoena System);

2. Please be informed that, on July 21, 2022, I personally appeared before RTC
Branch 204, Muntinlupa City to attend on the schedule hearing but was informed by the
Honorable Court that the hearing was cancelled/reset as what is stated in the court
order.

3. Please be informed that, on July 27, 2022, I personally appeared before RTC
Branch 204, Muntinlupa City to attend on the schedule hearing but was informed by the
Honorable Court that the hearing was cancelled/reset as what is stated in the court
order.

4. Please be informed that, on August 3, 2022, I personally appeared before RTC

Branch 204, Muntinlupa City to attend on the schedule hearing but was informed by the
Honorable Court that the hearing was cancelled/reset as what is stated in the court
order.

That I have no intention to delay the speedy administration of justice but solely of
the aforementioned circumstances;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts
