COOPERATION BETWEEN GERMANY (DAKKS, DGMK) AND THE

NETHERLANDS (SSW) WITI-I REGARD TO SCC/VCA
This deciaration confirms that the German SCC Sicherheits Certifikat Contraktoren
(Version 2011) is with respect to content and procedures equivalent to the
VCA VGM Checklist Aannemers (Version 2008/5.1).

Taking into account the above both checklists and associated certificates
(ISO/IEC 17021 and JSO/IEC 17024) can be accepted as equivalent in the
Netherlands as weil as in Germany.

For the avoldance of doubt, each company is free to decide which requirements
and/or certificates it demands from its contractors, if any.
