    Dear Chairperson,
    I am writing to request for reimbursement of the medical expenses incurred during my recent
    stay in India, Delhi at VERIEZON multi-specialty hospital.
    Indeed, on 2nd and 3rd April 2023 I was feeling unwell and went to the hospital for consultation
    and medical examinations. The total fee paid is of 6,999 INR which amounts to 95,130 RWF.
    I have attached to this letter copies of all relevant documents, including receipts, and any other
    supporting documentation required for reimbursement.
    I look forward to a favorable response regarding my reimbursement request. Your assistance and
    support are greatly appreciated.
