Campaign & Promotion Period: 27 APR to 31 MAY 2020

TACTICAL PROMOTION “SAVE UP TO 2 JUTA”, consists of:

*by creating and sharing the #SFH moment (a photo of a mom and a kid) using the provided template
and post it on their own Instagram account. They can redeem the additional 50% off on registration fee
to any participated ICR Centres. This applies to new enrolment only. By doing this, they also “help” us
promote the campaign using their own Instagram.

**by referring a friend: 300K OVO balance will be given to the referrer of any 12 or 6-month package

PROMOTION MATERIAL

During this current situation, online promotion is highly recommended (offline

promotion; printed brochure/banner is not recommended).

To maximize the exposure of the campaign, HQ will do paid promotion through

Instagram and KOLs, SMS broadcast to 30.000 TSEL users and paid Email Marketing
broadcast.

Digital Poster (Instagram Post and WhatsApp Blast)

4 posters with 4 different testimonials provided for each Centre (name and phone number of

Here are the following steps of how to edit the Centre name and phone number and save the
PowerPoint slides as images:

Step 1: Open the PowerPoint file with your PowerPoint Software

Step 2: Edit the Centre Name & Centre phone number

Use your mouse to select the text “CENTRE” then change word with the name of your Centre. Do
the same to change the “PHONE NUMBER”.

Step 3: Save the slides as images.

• After the Centre name and the phone number are edited. Save the slides as images.
• In the slide thumbnail pane, on the left side of the PowerPoint window, select the slide you
want to save.
• Click File > Save As. Navigate to the folder where you want to save your slide.
• Type the name of your slide image in the File name text box.
• Click to open the Save as Type drop-down menu. Select JPEG File Interchange Format
(.jpg) format for your slide.
• Click Save. Review the PowerPoint dialog box and select Just This One to save your
selected slide as an image.
• You can select All Slides to save each slide as an image. Each slide will be saved as a
separate file.

#SFH MOMENT TEMPLATE

New Enrolments can get additional 50% off on registration fee by sharing their parent-child
#SFH moment.

Here are the following steps of how to get the additional 50% off on registration fee by sharing
the #SFH moment on Instagram: (These steps below will be mentioned on the caption on the
post on Instagram)

• Slide left or go to the next slide to find the #SFH moment template.
• Take a screen capture of the template and crop it accordingly.
• Put a photo of you and your child in the template using your most convenient photo-editing
app on your phone or download a new one. (Recommended apps for editing the image:
PicsArt or Canva)
• Post the edited image to your Instagram. Tag @icanread_indonesia and Instagram account of
your nearest ICR Centre. Do not forget to use hashtags #StudyfromHome #SFHwithICR
#ICRWebClass.

Now, you can get your additional 50% off on registration fee at the nearest ICR Centre. This
programme is at participated ICR Centres.

CENTRE APPRECIATION REWARDS

As an appreciation for the hard work of all participating centres, HQ will provide rewards for
centres who manage to get great result by achieving a certain amount of new student
enrolments.

6 Centres with the highest new enrolment numbers during the campaign period, 27
Apr to 31 May 2020 will get the rewards as below:

• The tactical promotion also applies to existing student for free additional course
