This is to confirm that the above society is registered under Reg. No. PNA /
SRR / HSG / (TC)/13130 /2016/17 Dated : 17-12-2016. The sale deed/ lease deed in respect
of the land bearing Survey No. 25(P). CITY SURVEY 25 (P), 26/1+2+4+5, (P) has been
executed in favor of the society under the registration No. PNA / SRR / HSG / (TC)/13130
/2016/17 Dated : 17-12-2017. and as such the society is the owner of the said plot of land
and building thereof. The society has allotted /transferred covered car parking space
measuring 10ft X 10ft = 100 sq. ft to Mr. BABAJI DATTATREY GAIKWAK under A building of
SANVY RESIDENCY Co-op Housing Society Ltd.

We hereby assure you that the said parking space of the society appurtenant
there to are not subject to any encumbrance, charge or liability of any kind whatsoever.
We further confirm that we have clear, legal and marketable title to the said
property and every part thereof and all the taxes and dues is respect thereof have been paid
up to date.
We have no objection to the said parking space allotted / transferred to said Flat owner.
We certify that our society has adopted the standard Bye-laws approved by the Registrar of
Co-Operative societies. There are no restrictive covenants on of flats / parking plots in our
society.
