conducted at Futurex ready , is record of independent work carried out by me under the guidance
of Dr. Geethanjali, faculty in MBA Department of Nagarjuna college of Engineering and
Technology, Devanahalli. And external assistance by Keerthan Shetty, Director of futurex
technologies. I also declared that this report prepared in partial fulfilment of degree of Master of
Business Administration (MBA). The observation and information gained during this study is
kept confidential considering the confidentiality of Futurex technologies. This report is purely

INTRODUCTION
Organizational Study is an interdisciplinary course of study focusing on administrative,
economic, political, psychological and sociological factors that affect cooperative human
systems. A major in Organizational Studies emphasizes an understanding of how organizations
operate, how they affect society and how they change. Students are encouraged to design a
specific thematic focus to structure the depth of their study.

We interested in public administration, business administration, public health administration,


organizational behavior, industrial psychology, labor, or sociology of work may find this
program an appropriate preparation for either career or graduate work in these areas.

Objectives of the study

1. Organizational Studies majors will correctly identify students interactions in


organizations and workplaces according to social science perspectives from the fields of
organizational behavior and organizational theory.
2. Organizational Studies majors will apply integrative concepts and perspectives from
psychology, sociology, economics and political studies to specific organizations and to
participants in them using case studies or analytic observations.
3. Organizational Studies majors will describe distinctive elements of organizational
culture, social influence, interpersonal communication, and organizational change as
applied to work settings.
4. Organizational Studies majors will attain competent knowledge in a thematic area within
the major.
5. Organizational Studies majors will demonstrate critical awareness of the influence of
organizations in society in the context of at least one of the following: class and social
stratification, gender, power, community and economic development, technology,
alternative organizational forms, critical theory, an industry such as education, law or
health care.
6. Organizational Studies majors will accurately select and apply qualitative and
quantitative research findings to case studies, and demonstrate basic knowledge of
probability and statistics.

Purpose of Internship

An MBA internship is the perfect opportunity to obtain hands-on job experience before you
graduate with your degree, improving the quality of your work. Having an internship under your
belt can benefit you in the application process and give you an edge in the job market. MBA
application processes often ask you to describe times where professional obstacles challenged
you.

Having experience in an internship could benefit your response to this; you can use your
experiences to speak from a place of understanding and provide a meaningful answer to the
admissions committee. 
Having done an internship demonstrates initiative in the job market and allows we offer new
solutions based on experience.The experiences will allow us to speak to out about new
employer’s mission and values and will enable to translate our accomplishments into solutions.
By highlighting skills that we can bring to the company, we will stand out in the applicant pool
and increase our chances of obtaining the dream job.
