Hoop Time!

It was the day I was waiting for a day I was ready to play basketball and expectedly a day to have fun, It was Hoop
Time. At my primary school we got invited to a basketball event and when I heard about it, I was very excited, and my
friend were to. Me and my friends Tadhg, Nathaniel, Stefan, Blaze, William, Aideen, and Damon were put in a team
as the all-star boys because my teacher knew we were the best players and we all decided on what position we were
going to be in. I was a point guard, and my friends were others we all got ready, and we practiced everyday during the
lunch breaks we had till it was time.

Finally, it was Hoop Time, and my school went to Dandenong stadium which also was a stadium, friend Tadhg plays
a club for called Dandy Ranger and he is known as the best on his team. We arrived there and straight away we started
practising, getting our the positions ready and seeing who will be off and on in subs. The first game started and we
were vising an all-girls school we got in 4 hoops in the first half and got 3 In the last half. My friend Tadhg was filling
so confident that he when for a shot last second and went for a buzzer beater. 321 and he Got it in the hoop we felt so
happy for the first match and were hipped for the l next one. The was 2 more matches left and we were confident for
it.
The on second match we were vising Narre warren all-star boys and they looked like professionally. The match started
and we were on a bad started. They got the ball first and got the first goal. And it was 2-0 in the first half was our
defend was not good, the last half we tired, and I got a lucky shot and scored when there was about onl20 seconds left.
Luckily, we won but it was a very hard match and difficult.

We had the last match and in the first half we got the ball and got a goal. We were off to a good start, but when all off
a sudden in the first half there for 3 goals but only scored 2 times it was weird. We went for the last half match scored
2 but in the last 30 seconds they scored about 2 but the scores showed they got 3 goals. The lady that was putting the
scores put an extra point and we did not get the win.
Hoop time was fun and I got to show out my skills.
