Preparation of Required Data for the Conduct of Data Review/
Reconciliation of Health Accomplishments for ARMM
HELPS/BRIDGE Barangays

Relative to the upcoming conduct of the Health Program Implementation Review among
ARMM HELPS/BRIDGE barangays, kindly prepare the required data (see attached
template) for review and reconciliation.

This template will be reviewed and reconciled during the conduct of “Strengthening
Management of FP Unmet Need” on July 17-18, 2018 (Batch 1) and July 19-20, 2018
(Batch 2) at EM Manor Hotel, Cotabato City.

The Health Program Implementation Review for ARMM HELPS/BRIDGE barangays will be
conducted with respective Head of Units, Rural Health Midwives and Family Health
Associates tentatively on August, 2018.
