We are happy to inform you that Project ' Happy Trails' has been completed earlier than the offered date of completion.
Your Unit No.: 3071 is ready for handing over of possession, as such Occupation Certificate is expected very shortly.
Before giving physical possession, to save your valuable time and hassles that may cause owing to rush, we most humbly
request you to clear your outstanding payments and complete all pending formalities so that priority of registration of
Sub-Lease Deed and/or possession may be accorded in your favor. For Details of Payments, kindly refer 'Annexure A'
and for Stages required to be completed for Issuance of Fit-Out possession, kindly refer 'Annexure B'.

Completion of above formalities including verifications and audits by third party is a time-consuming process for which,
time of 45 days is required before handing over Fit-Out possession to you. Kindly note that in no event, this granting of
permission for Fit-Out shall construe handing over of physical possession under Section 53A of the Transfer of Property
Act, 1882.

Please be informed that entry and exit to the said Unit or the Project by you and / or any of your representatives,
including but not limited to workmen, contractors, laborers, materials, etc., shall be regulated under the sole and absolute
discretion of the Maintenance Agency under the name and style of'HomeKraft Happy Homes LLP'.

formalities for which your attention is solicited to enable us to handover Fit-Out possession.
