1. We sent our recommendation through vide Letter ref swa/nad/gy/2012/0630/8025 dated
21st October 2012(Copy attached) Payment Certificate No12 amount of QAR 345,989.00
2. We sent our recommendation through vide Letter Ref swa/br/gy/2013/0630/10592 dated
12th March 2013(Copy attached) Payment Certificate No 13 amount of QAR 197,463.00.
Kindly provide approval status or payments (if any); in order to advise the Contractor and to
avoid delay due to non payment.
