PRIORITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS from Honorable Mayor Bernard S. Waclin of LGU-Itogon in the province
of Benguet.

Honorable Mayor Waclin had just been recently awarded and conferred with the honorary degree Doctor of
Humanities (Honoraris causa) in Public Administration through the recommendation of the World United
Tribal Maharlika Beneficiaries Federation Inc. (WUTMBFI) on May 1, 2023 during the Oath Taking Ceremony of
the Tribal Leaders and Officers held at the Provincial Capitol, La Trinidad, Benguet for his exemplary
performance and meritorious achievements towards improving the quality of life of the people of Itogon and
nearby communities.

In this connection, we are exploring the possibilities and partnership to work hand-in-hand with you in the
implementation of appropriate projects and humanitarian programs that will help uplift the general welfare
and living conditions of the Indigenous Peoples and Tribal Groups, particularly in the Cordillera Administrative
Region (CAR).

We firmly believe that with your strong support and commitment to further capacitate and empower our
Local Chief Executives, we are both confident and hopeful that we can successfully implement the priority
projects and programs of the government to favor the majority population of Itogon, Benguet and the entire
Cordillera Administrative Region.
