Quantum Healing Systems (QHS)
QHS® is developing revolutionary, frequency-based
technologies from principles recognised over 100 years
ago. Healthy cells translate to healthy tissues, organs,
bones, and body systems when exposed to the
appropriate frequencies. True healing begins at the
cellular level. Providing the body’s cells with a frequency
blueprint for perfect health promotes healing at a
cellular level, irrespective of the symptoms present.
Proof-of-Concept trials underway
QHS® subscribing members are providing financial
support through donations. They benefit from the right
to trial of the technology in Proof-of-Concept studies
currently underway.

QHS® envisions a world where perfect health and
freedom from illness is available to everyone at little or
no out-of-pocket cost.
Our Vision
Subject to successful Proof-of-Concept trials, healing will
be made available to everyone, initially through
wearable devices and healing systems for the home or
office. Sales proceeds from the wearable devices help
establish healing centers, offering the QArc® treatment
under medical supervision supported by suitably
qualified and trained, licensed practitioners. Hundreds of
thousands of Quantum Healing Centers will be located
around the world, in every city, county, state and in every
nation. All looking exactly alike. All with people and
equipment provided by and trained by, the QHS® Team.

QHS® Technology
Nikola Tesla said, “if you want to find the secrets of the
Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and
vibration…” Tesla understood that the essence of every
cell is frequency and developed an early thesis for
frequency-based healing.
Tesla is well recognized for the research into using
frequencies in his search into the creation of every living
thing. Tesla’s research was the basis that Dr. A and a wise
team of scientists, medical doctors, engineers and
physicists from 5 countries, built on working for over
thirty years to perfect the “creation of all life using
frequencies”. After this international project ended, this
feat was ultimately managed by Dr. A, in collaboration
with three doctors, working privately to create today’s
QArc®.
QArc® (the original “healing bed”)
technology is the future for
healing the body, here today.
Dr. A is the inventor of the QHS®
software program to heal the
body using hundreds of thousands
of patterned Frequencies derived
from a healthy 30-year-old female
and 30-year-old male.
The QArc® uses a focused “arc” delivering targeted
frequencies – Quantum Twine Waves®, correcting and
balancing any “weak, frequencies” as it moves up the
body, correcting as it goes, head to toe and integrating
– repairing using the 30-year-old’s healthy frequencies.

Current Project
Divine Scripture’s President & Founder is Cynthia
“Carden” an author, speaker and entrepreneur. Dr. A, the
Inventor, and Divine Scripture’s Chief Technology Officer,
is coordinating with his technical team and with MDS, on
engineering & manufacturing. QHS® was started with
Cynthia and Dr. A, and Cynthia’s close ADMIN Team,
Laura, Donna, Christine, Ellen, and Kevin. They managed
this launch with a dedicated team of committed
Volunteers managing the infrastructure, build, and rollout
of the first Proof-of-Concept study of the unique
frequency healing technology delivering the Quantum
Twine Wave Effect.
Currently, over 3,000 QTWave devices have been shipped
to participating, subscribing members who have elected
to participate in the study.
The majority (~90%) of members are in the United States
ranging in age from early 30s to 90s, with the largest
segment aged between 60-70.
Present results demonstrate 74% show improvement
through hair sample tests.
Results
Proof-of-Concept results are released progressively
through various channels. QArc® Member trials are
projected to begin in Q2 or Q3-2023, with before/after
results released progressively.

Quantum Twine Wave Effect®
The Quantum Twine Wave Effect® is a powerful
proprietary program created by Dr. A, a Medical
Oncologist and Surgeon, Inventor and Purple Heart
recipient (Veteran of the Vietnam War), Dr. A holds a PhD
in Pharmacology and over 50 years’ experience in the
study of frequency healing protocols.
The QTWave®, QTW-HHS® and QArc® deliver the
Quantum Twine Wave Effect®, satellite Quantum wave,
tightly entwined healing frequencies that scan, balance
and correct the frequencies of every cell.
All five of the body’s systems including soft tissue (skin),
muscle, organs, bones & blood chemistry are improved
with the Quantum Twine Wave.

Funding
The QHS® undertaking is a truly transformational
initiative for humanity and has only been made possible
through the generous donations from subscribing
members.
The QArc® will be provided to “Members in Good
Standing” at no, or little cost. Ultimately, following the
Proof-of-Concept study trial results, all sales of the
QTWave® devices and QTW-HHS®, will be for-profit to
sustain and fund rollout of Quantum Healing Centers®
and Member QArc® treatment.
Projected first year costs
The QArc® will be installed into a clinic, located near a
major hospital. The highest security, 24-hour watch will
be required. The existing QArc® will be installed into this
clinic, together with additional necessary medical
equipment. There will be medical personnel and trained
staff to accomplish this. All existing Members will be
invited to participate in a Paid Proof of Concept study
with the QArc® and this will be filmed and shared with
the world via www and weekly produced videos
demonstrating a “Second Chance” at a new life.
