risks associated with your participation, but you have the right to stop the interview or

withdraw from the research at any time.

Thank you for agreeing to be interviewed as part of the above research project. Farmers

During Typhoon Season undertaken form TVL students from Trinitas College, require

that interviewees explicitly agree to being interviewed and how the information

contained in their interview will be used. Expect that we will ask questions about your

lived experiences. This consent form is necessary for us to ensure that you understand

the purpose of your involvement and that you agree to the conditions of your

participation.

We also requesting your permission to video or record your voice while we doing our

interview.

iyong mga pananim?

2. Ano ang epekto ng bagyo sa mga benta ng inyong mga produkto?

3. Ano ang mga challenges o difficulties na naranasan niyo tuwing may bagyo?

4. Anong bagyo ang pinaka malakas na inyong naranasan na dahilan ng malaking

epekto sainyong mga pananim? Paki-kuwento naman po.

5. Tuwing may paparating na bagyo, paano niyo po pinag hahandaan ang

pagdating niyo?

6. Maaari niyo po bang ikuwento kung ano ang routine niyo sa pang araw-araw.

7. Pag tapos mag daan ng bagyo, paano po kayo bumabangon sa inyong pinag

daanan?
