There are 4 stages of the writing process:

(1) Preparing
(2) Researching
(3) Drafting
(4) Editing

____________________

(1) Preparing - Before starting the writing process, we need to find out the
purpose, audience, and channel of writing with the help of 5Ws + H (who, what,
where, when, why, and how). (Smith & Ashman, 2019).
(2) Researching - First, we need to select a methodology, collect the information
from primary and secondary sources, as well as also check the credibility of
sources (print and online sources).
(3) Drafting - After collecting the data, it needs to organize, make an outline of
the content, styling, and paragraphing. And at the end prepare document design of
writing.
(4) Editing - Now need to evaluate the document design, check all the content,
formatting, grammar, spelling, punctuation, add or remove the content in the
document, and at the end proofread the whole document.

Subject: Importance of the Power of Social Media to Attract and Engage our Audience

Dear Marketing Team,

I hope this memo finds you all in good spirits and high motivation. I am writing to
emphasize the immense significance of social media in our marketing strategy. In
today's digital age, social media has become an integral part of our lives and has
changed the way we communicate with each other. It is a powerful tool that can help
us to attract and engage with our target audience.

Social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn have
millions of active users who engage with each other and share information. By
leveraging these platforms, we can reach a wider audience and engage with them in a
more meaningful way. Social media also allows us to create a two-way conversation
with our audience, which is essential for building long-term relationships with
them.

Moreover, social media provides us with valuable data and insights into our
audience's preferences, interests, and behavior. This information can help us to
create more targeted and personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with our
audience.

In conclusion, social media is a powerful tool that can help us to attract and
engage with our audience. By leveraging social media platforms, we can create more
targeted and personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Therefore, I urge you to include social media in our marketing strategy going
forward.

Thank you.
